What was in your tray bake - the ingredients?

Im looking forward to the new challenge.

    Thank you Dragon:T:T:T

Digestive biscuits, marg, sugar, and condensed milk, with chocolate spread on top. I know too much fat upsets my stomach, but the only ingredient that's different to the cakes I made is the milk...I've never read the label on a tin of milk to see what it actually is...or how many calories.

Last week I caught myself eyeing up my sons girlfriends mother to see if I thought she would be slimmer than me in any wedding photos...ridiculous, they're not even getting married yet! And also ridiculous because it's not a competition :rotfl:(btw, we're much the same...breathes big sigh of relief :rotfl:)

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Had a little smile to myself when I read this as I AM in that situation although not a MOB/MOG – we all fly out for a family holiday/wedding soon and I’m determined to look stunning & fit both on the beach and on the day. I managed to pick up a gorgeous chiffon & silk dress by a NY designer, checked it out on t’internet and priced $300 – I got it for £24.99 in a charity shop :T :T:laugh:…..but shhhhh….only my friends know that.

I’m off to do day 12 of the Shred and extra work on the “bingo wings” – thanks ellie99 for the suggestions I found a couple of useful ones on you tube, also a friend advised on another which is done lying down so as not to work your back.

    hello all

bit shocked last night when I did my body test on the wii fit and it automatically weighed me and said I'd put on 7lbs! but then I realised I'd weighed myself almost directly after dinner so it had to be wrong!!

tried to be good yesterday but got really hungry quite late so had a cheeky sandwich. I dont think my body clock is used to me eating lunch at 1pm, dinner at 8pm as I have been doing, its used to me eating at 3pm, then nothing till 11pm or later. going to have to try and straighten that out this week.

today however I am being a little bit of a piggy with food - had a lovely lazy weekend catching up with DVDs and other things I generally neglect when I'm at work. got a Galaxy easter egg and have resisted it so far. :T

    mealplan:
b - last of the oatibix cereal with ss milk. hot cross bun with butter.
    s - aero yoghurt.
l - cheese sandwich on brown bread. pack of crisps.
s - small piece of chocolate cake
d - steak with onions, mash, peas.
t - cheese and crackers. pack of crisps. indiv. galaxy bar :o

e - going to aim for 15-20 minutes on the wii tonight BEFORE dinner this time. hopefully it wont tell me I've gained again. :rotfl:

    happy easter all.

Had a curry buffet last night as my final fling before getting stuck back in to this diet lark in earnest tomorrow. Was very nice but I got full quite quickly - think it could have been worse.;)

Not a bad day today so far - a really long walk this morning and another shorter one this afternoon, a spot of spring cleaning and only a sandwich and fruit for lunch - and a sneaky cherry bakewell as a treat for doing my schoolwork this afternoon as there wasn't anything on the telly.

I'm back on the wagon tomorrow after my only easter chocolate treat (that I bought myself :o), a nice bag of revels to watch a movie with later.

Right, better go and start tea before the biscuit barrel starts talking to me....

    Back to complete today's meals

L - surf'n'turf, tomato, peas onion rings, chips - left most of those, they were a bit floury. Jam roly poly and custard for pud.

There are one or two bits - hot x buns etc - to use up then that's it til next weekend when I have my next treat meal. I bought lots of veg and salad yesterday and have chicken pieces and fish in the freezer. I have to do this challenge seriously, not play with it so I've resurrected my Paul McKenna I Can Make You Slim, why did I ever stop listening to it when it's been so helpful in the past? I got complacent silly me.

One lb a week will do, so I'm going for it :D

Hi Madam Mrs Dragon.....please can I change my goal to lose 8 lbs in the next challenge actually? Just realised I will be starting a good three or four weeks behind the rest of you by the time I am back from honeymoon!

    Hi all

Just coming on to say I cant wait to start proper tomorrow, but I dont think I will have time to weigh myself, unless I buy some scales! as Im meeting DD3 straight after work tomorrow, yeh I work in a large SM and its my normal day for work!! Ive got rid of all the chocolate in the house over the last couple of days and very nice it was too!!!!!! (no I didnt actually eat all of it - promise)

Im planning on doing a daily menu on here like a others do, so Im hoping it will help me keep on track, and just last night whilst I was out at a family meal I found out my DD1 is getting married in May next year so thats more reason for me to lose this weight!!!!

Anyway off to bed as I have a 6am start, nighty nite

So have I - great minds and all that x
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

Do you have the CD where he tells you not to eat unless you're hungry? I've used that in the past, and found it quite useful. I think I've absorbed that message now though, I don't often eat until I'm getting hungry now.
I tried his new one, about the gastric band, but it didn't make me feel any different at all, can eat just as much after i've listened to it, and I've listened once a week for 5 or 6 weeks. Maybe I should look out the old CD instead.
