Good for you Molly. Summer's coming - no really, it is - I have some really nice clothes bought when I reached goal last time and I don't want overhangs!
Yes ellie I have the cd, I often played it while going to sleep as I think its message is subliminal (may be all in the mind if you'll pardon the pun), but it worked for me last time.
Sweet dreams0 -
morning all (just lol)
didnt do my wii fit last night, had a terrible headache from about 6pm onwards and even 2 painkillers didnt help, so got a earlyish night instead. not feeling too bad this morning, just a little stressed - think its down to knowing all the stuff I have to get around and do in the house this week, mostly painting.
trying to climb back on the wagon and eat reasonably sensibly again at reasonable times this week. going to try for b - 10am, l - 2-2.30pm and d - 7-7.30pm this week.
b - beans on 2 slices wholemeal toast, aero yoghurt.
l - mini cheese pizza x 2, salad
s - rhubarb yoghurt
d - oven chips, piece of steak, salad.
s - last piece of hm chocolate cake after dinner
e - going to try again with the wii fit, 15-20 minutes of it.0 -
Late g'morning all
, slept in til 10am! But since then I've typed a list of to do's for the week, done my bedroom and all the tops in the house with my tickling stick (and replaced the yellow balloon - the light shade on the landing which I knocked down when I got a bit too enthusiastic
), and spot cleaned the sitting room carpet.
B - F&F, sk milk
L - Hm BLT in 2 slices Danish
D - chicken, warm beetroot salad, couscous
S - melon, satsuma, banana, apple
E - as above, now getting ready for a siesta
Hope your headache has gone now theatregirl.

Well, my getting on the wagon is going well so far, even with a trip out for brunch.
I've done 50 mins of brisk walking and have logged all cals on MFP and am doing ok so far today.
I was watching a programme about Phil Taylor the darts player last night whilst munching on my easter bag of revels and actually was put to shame by his 4 stone loss by sensible eating and gentle exercise regime. It embarrassed me into sellotaping the revels shut with a good few loops of tape and hide them in the back of the kitchen cupboard - I kid you not!:rotfl::rotfl:
So it ended up being an on target cal day yesterday too even though I hadn't officially started yet0 -
I should really sign up for MFP I think. Would do me good to keep track of my calories and could do it through my mobile too, as I cant always have a pen and paper nearby
Can anyone explain how it works?0 -
Hi everyone
Didnt manage to get any scales today, but will tomorrow when I can get to the shops.
B - none
L - salad wrap
D - veggie stir fry
Treats - toasted t cake
Not too bad, but I have to stop the treats I think. Anyway, I will get myself more organised tomorrow

It was, even better than I expected! I fried half a finely chopped small red onion, 1/4 chopped red pepper and a couple of sliced chestnut mushrooms, when they were just cooked through I added a diced beetroot to warm it and put it on a bed of torn Little Gem leaves and 1/2 a chopped tomato which I'd warmed in the mw for a few seconds, just enough to take the fridge coldness off. A couple of slices of chicken breast and tablespoon of plain cous cous and I had a delish dinner which wasn't calorie laden but very filling. Luckily I love cooking, even for myself, so I never go without a main meal every day.
