STS!
This cold weather makes me want to eat and eat. I have done lots of walking which has offset the calories. I'm going to try a new strategy, I have lots of sugar free mints and gum to have during my weak moments. My secret fantasy is having 2 men....

Well done everyone who has lost or sts. To those who have gained start again today it's a new week, when I have gained on a diet in the past its only when I have gone over calories/points/syns by such a little amount I wonder why I have gained and then start comfort eating feeling sorry for myself, not any more.....
I have lost -1lb this week, which is a miracle had a bad start, emotionally ate Monday and Tuesday whilst I was upset, angry with someone, 4 cream doughnuts, half bottle of red!!!! Not a great start to the week, but then I was not well Thursday, Friday so didn't eat much. Back on it today And going to try and not let my feelings/moods affect the way I eat xx2013 January GC £264.27/:(£250

Morning Everyone,
I’m another one in the STS club - boredom, lack of exercise, Bombay mix, custard creams, hearty warming soups and stodge are all to blame for this weeks result.
Thankfully the snow is beginning to thaw and at last we can see the black of the road again, so I will definitely be getting back out there and try to get out of this state of hibernation I seem to have fallen into, I think I may be suffering a touch of the "winter blues" - really need to give myself a good talking to.Jan - June Grocery spends = £531.61
