Congratulations!

Can I record a -2 this week pleased?
It's nothing short of a miracle considering I am suffering with woman's problems this week, we had our menu and wine tasting for our wedding, and I have been a bit over my calories every day (and a lot over my calories on the tasting day!).
Need to keep going and keep on track - I will not be a beached whale bride!!! :rotfl:0 -
Not a good week ladies. I have gained 1lb. I know where I've gone wrong - snacking on chocolate pretzels, Haribo Starmix, no exercise, no tracking on MFP and I broke my no drink rule last night although in fairness it was only one glass of wine. Don't feel too bad to be honest as I think 24 days is an achievement in itself. Have had a bad week at work but it's no excuse really and I shouldn't let someone else's silly attitude towards me make me break my diet. I will do better next week.
Hope everyone else has done better than me. xBack for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I have put the scales away for now as they were dictating how I was feeling - I now feel much happier now they are hidden away in an inaccessible place. I will WI when I feel more positive and the effects of my steroids have worn off. Im still in thought - thanks Dragon for keeping us in check:T
Well done to those who have lost or STS - Keep on plodding to those who have gained xxI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -

Morning everyone,
Here to report a 1lb gain(!) eeek. So sorry to drag the figures down. I have had a mixed week and tbh haven't been as good as I should have. I have walked to school lots this week, so dread to think what it could have been like if I hadn't.
Due for my T.O.M next week so I,m snacking on bits and bobs, and not always making good choices.
Tonight is baked fish and hm chips with veg. Fairly quiet weekend ahead, so I'm hoping to make a good start to next week.
Good luck to all those still to weigh in.
