(((Skint))) feel better now
officeguru For cleaner read vacuum cleaner which is done before scrubbing the carpets. Nothing as fancy as a Vax or other electric gadget, down on my knees with a bucket with warm water and a squirt of Stardrops (the love of my life, how sad am I?), rubber gloves and a big wooden scrubbing brush inherited from a relative some 30 years ago.
I didn't really mind the suggestive, would have preferred it with butter and cheese but beggars can't be choosers
I am not worthy...:o I am not worthy ...:o I am not worthy ....
What's Stardrops ????0 -

oh dear been waylaid by work the past few days so havent been posting much. but i have been using my fitness app to record my food. using it more as a diary rather than counting calories, but still interesting to see them add up!
been quite good past few days, lots of homemade soup and dinners.
although had a penguin biscuit and one chocolate today.
but on the whole i have been sticking to my eating plans and emergency snack ideas.
feel slimmer so thats good!! payday at last as well so will buy scales at weekend.
on that note does anyone have any good ideas for healthier crisps?
thanks0 -
I realise that I am in a different category of dieting from many - just trying to shift the stone of baby blubber - but I hope it's OK for me to hang out here for now?
b - 65g oats as porridge with skimmed milk
l - 1 cheese & marmite sandwich
t - 1+half veggie sausages, baked potato, leeks, peas, gravy
s - banana, few raisins & plain nuts, homemade blueberry muffin, 2 milky drinks0 -

What's Stardrops ????
It's a really inexpensive cleaning liquid your granny might know of, been about for ever and then some. A tiny bit of Stardrops can clean anything from floor to ceiling. Usually found on the bottom shelf where the cleaning products are in supermarkets but also places like Wilko etc. There's a whole forum about it somewhere, will have a look and see if I can find it
Sorry don't know how to do links but this should take you there-
