Don't forget I had to lug the cleaner up the stairs, then the bucket of shampoo, not to mention having to take them both all the way back down again!
And believe it or not for the first time ever they forgot the jaffa cakes and we had to make do with suggestives. Wot a swizz! :eek:0 -
Hello!
I had my planned wagon-fall on Tues night, it was a get together at a restuaruant and needless to say I maxed out the weeks Kcals in one sitting!!
I very rarely socialise (last time I went out with anyone other than OH was probably 2 years ago, how sad at 25yrs old) so with this in mind I chose to eat whatever I wanted.
I'm now really worried about the weigh in, to the point where I might just skip it this week and try really hard until the next one, I can't deal with failure or set backs however miniscule...silly I know.
Today I have had a very random sleep pattern and on a night shift tonight so eating has been all over the place!
B- Dried Wasabi peas and beans mix (at 3am!)
L- 4 ritz crackers, 1 felafel
D- Salmon with soft cheese, green beans, corn on the cob with a bit of olive spread, slice of WM bread with olive spread.
Work food: 4 Dried apricots, 6 cherries, 25g trail mix, McVitie's Medley bar, Sainsbobs BGTYS sweet chili potato and soy crisps.
Feel like I have done so badly but the list doesn't look too awful written down I spose.

A better day yesterday
and did the gym last night so feeling a bit tight today lol
Hope everyone has a good day x0 -
Good morning all… I’m pleased to announce that I survived the gym last night and although I feel some what pooped, I only have two sore arms this morning as a reminder of what I put myself through (rather two sore arms than tow sore arms, two sore legs, a bad back, neck and groin - I think you’ll all agree)!
On top of that, I cooked dinner for me and my OH when I got in (he’d just come back from circuit training). We had lamb steak with a spicy tomato sauce and spinach on a bed of brown rice. It was lovely and very filling – if anyone would like the recipe, let me know!
So today's eating should go a little some thing like this:
B – Small bowl branflakes with raisins.
L – tin of mackerel fillets in tomato sauce served with pasta and salad.
D – Vegetable soup, with kidney beans.
S – 1 x 0% fat fruit yogurt, 1 x clementine, 1 x banana, cherry tomatoes, mixed nuts and raisins.
I will also be returning to the gym after work to and doing some cardio on the bike.
Hope you are all having a good morning, and keep up the good work guys.0 -

Hi, I feel cheated here !!!!! What's your definition of scrubbing the carpets ?????I pictured you on your hands and knees with a scrubbing brush and a pail of carpet shampoo !!!!!
If you were only using a machine .. as in VAX or some other such contraption, :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: you're lucky you got away with the suggestives !!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Hi everyone,
Not too shabby yesterday although I went to a market research focus group last night which involved snacks
Food today:
B - micro oats, ss milk, tea
L - MandS sandwich (260kcal), crisps (90kcal) hm scone (170kcal)
D - hm shepherds pie, savoy cabbage, broccoli
S - banana, apple
E - 4 miles walking (school run)
I wouldn't normally buy a meal deal but I had a giftcard to use up. Wasn't overly impressed with the sandwich - too mustard-y, probably to make up for the lack of mayo
Have a good day all.

Morning, feel much better after a yoga stretching session last night. Haven't got a place at the circuits class tonight and not sure of DH movement. May try and get a swim session in, usually quiet in the pool of an evening.
Appear to have a nasty inflamed / red spot type thing growing on one eye lid ... EEEWWWW! Sorry if TMI - blinking itchy thing it is too.
Food today has been
porridge made with water
300ml carrot and coriander soup plus HM brown gluten free roll
I will not snack but if I have to I have another HM roll with M@rmite
Dinner is bacon and onion quiche, green beans, sweetcorn and broccoli
I may have enough for a small portion HM sugar free choc brownie. I cut these into 1 inch squares not the recommended 2 or 3 inch squares so I can have one and the damage is limited, but also I can have 3 or 4 and these are the same as having a normal portion plus I get to feel over indulged.Start info Dec11

officeguru For cleaner read vacuum cleaner which is done before scrubbing the carpets. Nothing as fancy as a Vax or other electric gadget, down on my knees with a bucket with warm water and a squirt of Stardrops (the love of my life, how sad am I?), rubber gloves and a big wooden scrubbing brush inherited from a relative some 30 years ago.
I didn't really mind the suggestive, would have preferred it with butter and cheese but beggars can't be choosers
B - F&F, sk milk
D - Pork loin, cauli cheese
T - 3 Crackerbread with vegemite, lf cheese, marmalade
S - grapes, melon, satsuma, banana
Have a sunny day whatever the weather0
