Hi everyone,
I have put on +1lb this week
It's expected as I did have a curry last weekend and a Chinese. I am trying to make improvements to my diet as whole life changes, rather than 12 weeks then go back to old habits, so I am ok with it.
I am pleased that I kept up with my diet for the rest of the week. I will be stepping up the exercise once the snow departs, I want to start aqua aerobics at the local baths and walking with friends that don't 'do' gyms, to mix up my training!0 -
Well done on all the losses and STS. We can do this folks, we will not be beaten by the flab and the food!

Missed my weigh in last week. The batterys had corroded in my wii balance board:o I know.... I should use it more:o. Will weigh later.
Husband is finishing his last "ever" set of night shifts this week. I always eat more at nights when he is at work.
Keep up the good work all.
Lovely day here in the northwest, trainers are going on!Loved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!0 -

Sorry I've been AWOL, I've had a horrible cold/flu thing for over a week now and just feeling really rough. So no exercise and eating lots of comfort food has been the way of life. However tomorrow I have pledged to start p90x as I'm starting to feel a lot better. So back on the wagon. Going to say that I've STS, but we'll see the real damage when I get to the gym on Tuesday!Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20170

STS I'm afraid. Have a big deadline tomorrow so have spent most time at laptop trying not to eat chocolate - little time for exercise. Disappointed but could easily have been another gain as usually around deadlines I eat sugary things to boost energy - which is why I've put on so much weight over the last few years since I went back to uni.14 projects in 2014: 3/140

Well done to everyone who has lost or sts. I've had a really bad couple of weeks:mad: so please could I have a big (virtual) kick up the wotsit!!!
I have put on 2lb.
I have really lost the plot. In my defence (here come the excuses) it was my birthday last week and my daughters 7th birthday yesterday. Why do all celebrations have to involve yummy food?
To make this worse I made DD a lovely princess castle cake which we now sitting at home needing to be eaten. I shall be giving some away to my friends kids and it will go in lunch boxes so hopefully it won't be around too long.
Anyway tomorrow is a new day and I really must get myself sorted. Good luck to everyone for the next week and keep going if your finding it difficult and keep posting on here. I very nearly didn't post today as I was so cross with myself.Debt Oct 2006 £42,215.21 at highest. Debt Today £0.000
