  • Hi all reporting a 1lb weight loss (now 4lb in total)

    B - Porridge
D - Ham salad sandwich orange and apple
T - Beef and veg stew
    S - Apple and a cereal bar

Well done to everyone who has lost or stayed the same, commiserations to did not achieve what they set out to. Is is only early days yet and I know it usually takes me a couple of weeks to really get into the swing of things.
I am playing all of the right notes just not necessarily in the right order :D.

    Hi

I have lost 1lb this week which is good as I have slipped more than a few times with the chocolate and crisps.

  • Wow this thread moves quickly.
I was doing so well, Friday in the pub I had just three diet comes but then a friend came round and ended up playing monty python drinking games. Whoops!
Luckily I managed to convince the boys to go to a club so got 2.5 hours of dancing in as damage limitation :0)

Just done the weekly shop: think my Sainsbury must have over ordered parsnips: they were bagging up 6 crates of parsnips and reducing them but they look like they are fresh today. Mahoosive bag for 15p (2.5kgs). This weeks meal plan is now parsnip orientated lol!

Hope all are doing well :-)

Diet comes? Interesting, that's where I have been going wrong:)

Not had time to post all week, been having weetabix, banana and milk for breakfasts, fruit all day as I don't get a lunch break, and normal dinner in the evening no snacking nor alcohol?? Weigh in tomorrow morning but so far no loss :( Good luck everyone xx

Well done these losses are brilliant and a sts is also good...not a gain anyway!

Found it really useful joining My Fitness Pal. Really easy to keep track of what I'm eating and so good to see lots of people from here over there. If you're struggling to track maybe have a look at the site, it's free too!

Hi everyone, I have lost 3lb so far. I am pleased but I was expecting more as I have reduced my calories so much.

It is that time of the month, so I'm hoping for a good loss next week as well.

My OH has lost 1/2 stone in 10 days. :eek:His weight goes up and down so quickly, you wouldn't believe it if you didn't see the scales!

My body is dying from side bends and ball exchange last night, it hurts to breathe! I think I will rest tonight and have a good workout tomorrow.
