For those exercising and having no/small losses

If the exercise is a new thing to you your body holds onto fluids for the repair of muscle and also remember you have to fuel your body if your re exercising too, there really is such a thingas eating too few cals

And, yes, you have to make sure you are drinking lots of fluids

Also, bear in mind that for a lot of people embarking on the first week of a 'diet' and getting large losses a lot of the time the most part of that loss is also fluid that your body will have been retaining due tot he types of foods you will have been eating previously!

To those new to this thread, and I've not been here long so hark at me piping up!

We normally weigh in on a Friday or Saturday. If you can put your weight loss (or other) in red it makes it easier for Madam The Dragon to see it. She will then collate all our figures and publish a list later in te weekend!

    Simples!

Either my Wii fit board is dodgy, or I have lost 6 pounds. I feel as if my original starting weight was too high, so will be sticking to my scales from now on. Thanks for updating Dragon and congratulations to those who have lost or STS. Commiserations to those who are disappointed. Don' t give up, you will get there !

Just remembered that my wii can track my weight for me. I accidentally left the wii fit game at home in the States when I moved (mom will be shipping it over eventually), but I did add the wii fit channel, which lets you weigh in. I haven't done that in probably over a year, and I'll clear out all of my previous entries, but I'll probably start doing that in the morning. I'll weigh on there every day, but mostly for the graph, not the actual number. If the numbers start bothering me, I'll cut back to once per week!
