    Hi all,

Dragon can I rejoin, I'm back from my hols and just spent the last 24 hrs on a plane so no idea if I'm hungry or not. Slept for four hrs from 4 until 7 so will now try and stay awake until bed time.
I am not weighing in today. Going to give myself a week to get back to normal. But just from my clothes I can tell I've stayed more or less the same.
Will report in on my food tomorrow when I am in the land of the living. Also hoping to go for a run tomorrow, providing we are not knee deep in snow.
Have a good evening all x

Well done to everyone who has lost or stayed the same. Sortyfor those who have gone up, just remember that this isn't a quick fix so slow weeks are to be expected but persevere :0)

I'm reporting a 4lb loss yippee! I weighed on Wednesday morning and it was this but have weighed myself again tonight and its the same so happy to declare!

Really pleased, my 4 x 6am gym sessions & the 30 day shred are making me so energetic and myfitnesspal is making me feel in control & informed about food! All really positive, just have to keep this up so that it becomes habit x

Went out this evening to celebrate my Mums birthday, horrified to find MFP has the calories in the 'smothered chicken' ( topped with cheese & bacon), I had for dinner at about 1300. I didn't have a starter or sweet and only drank diet coke, but it's made today go a bit pear shaped after my great loss this morning - wish I had thought more about cal count before ordering.

  • Hi Dragon, can I join? I didn't know this was running and I badly need to lose some weight.

I am stones overweight so I am going to take it one stone at a time. I am mostly housebound so going for walks or that outside is really out of the question so I try and keep myself fit with my large garden. I also have a victorian house so it is some workout to keep it clean. I've also bought a wii so I got my hubby to drag the couch out of the livingroom to make room to use the wii.

I am hoping I am well enough to go to Milan in May so I really want to succeed this time.

I started watching what I eat since Monday, so I hope you will let me join.

    Cheers

jovi, and anyone else who had a bit of a blow-out after weighing in, don't worry! I always allow myself one weekend day to go a bit over the top and have a treat or two. Admittedly 1300k for one meal is a lot but the main thing is you enjoyed it at the time so just get back on track tomorrow without feeling guilty.

I have two fresh cream french slices in my fridge...;)

    Good Morning guys

Thanks for all your kind comments. I was so frustrated yesterday I do feel better today though. I went to uni and my friend said that's great really because it's half a bag of sugar. Which yes when I think about it is loads!!

So a 1lb loss is great and I am pleases it's in the right direction and it's not a gain.

Also some else quite remarkable happened although I only had a pound lose I had to tighten my belt to the next hole. Which I wouldn't have expected for at least a month.

So congrats to all the losers :) Keep it up all the STS

Next weeks goal is to drink more and keep positive :)

I'd like to report a 4lb weight loss please. I have updated my signature. I'm so pleased as I haven't dieted just eaten healthily. I've had a cold and bronchitis as well and would normally have comfort eaten. But knowing I had to report my weight loss kept me on the straight and narrow! Also I think going back to healthy food made me better and eating all the crap over Christmas made me ill.

  • Congratulations to everyone who have lost and sts. When I first see this thread I thought there may be 1/2lb losses at the most as we are all not really sticking to a diet as such just cutting back, healthier eating and more exercise and I have been amazed at how much weight has been lost in the first week. I weighed in this morning and have lost 2lb all week I didn't feel like I lost anything so I am v. Happy. Keep it up everyone. Xxx

    Morning all!
Just weighed and have lost 1lb. Quite pleased with that after the week I've had - the week from hell at work and very little exercise.
So that's 4lbs down since 28th Dec - not too bad.:)
