Hi all,
Enjoying keeping up with everyone, I think I'm doing quite well this week today ate
B Porridge
L 2 small beef sandwiches and a satsuma
D Lamb stew with carrots, swede & brussels
S One square of dark chocolate (don't really like the taste but my
best friend said she can sit and nibble one square and it lasts her 5 minutes! no such luck with me more like 5 seconds!
Not a lot of exercise today just a short dog walk, 60 minutes walking yesterday, swimming tomorrow - I will have to go now I have said I'm going:rotfl:
Our poor old dog looks with horror when I say walkies, he hates the winter and would rather sit with his paws on the radiator.
Good luck to everyone and keep going0 -

Tomorrows plan? Get up earl - down a pint of water and hit the gym before work! Hmmm... wish me luck x
I've found that going to the gym in the morning is far better as have energy at work plus it means evenings are free to do whatever :-) good luck with tomorrow!
I've done okay today, still have 120 cals left but feel full (or pain from too many crunches!) yet am craving something sweet. Must resist!First home- Oct’16 until June’21: £170.995- Overpayments made £13,784 (25% extra!).

Just made bread rolls. Took me a LOT of will power not to break one in half butter it and push chunks into my mouth!

Managed to remember to collect HM soup but considering the veg content of it i am thinking i need to reduce portion and add some sort of fiber thing to this. As don't do bread I get a bit bored with rice cakes and the like so need a bit of inspiration on this score.
missrlr how about adding some pasta ?Today has been horrendous. I was up and down all night with the pain in my neck, arm and shoulder, and didn't want to take more meds until morning in case I overdosed! Eventually rang the Dr and he's now given me antidepressants which now apparently are prescribed for nerve painHere's hoping they let me get some sleep tonight.
MrsCD hope pain relief works for you soon.. my doc also gave me antidepressants to take at night she said they act as a muscle relaxant in small doses, and I find they help me get some sleep
re the fruit/sugar intake... my diabetic dietician told me the health benefits outweigh the sugar intake, and she said to try and eat fiberous fruit as the body takes longer to break it down so avoiding any sugar spikes
Anyway for today:
B - weetbic, banana & skimmed milk
L - left over beef stir fry & noodles. yoghurt
snack - 2 satsumas
D - beef & ale, potatoes & veg.

First day back at work and too busy to snack! Kept to plan and apart from my leek and potato soup being v disappointing - bland and too thin - all went well. My fitness plan says I'm well under on protein today and my iron intake was rubbish yesterday. I'm vegetarian so it will be helpful to keep an eye on this, but what a palaver to fill in.
No exercise because I'm a lazy .........0 -
Hi all,
Some of you may remember me, I've been in Australia for my sons wedding and over the the Christmas period. Well we fly home tomorrow and the scales are showing I weigh exactly the same as when I arrived !! Very pleased with myself as there have been lots of social occasions and meals out.
I have tried to exercise whenever possible and make good choices so its obviously paid off. Looking forward to getting home on Friday and pushing on towards achieving my goal weight.
Also looking forward to running again outside. It's just too warm here at this time of year. Just about to get ready for my fit and firm class with my new daughter in law. It's a mixture of toning aerobics and light weights which I really enjoy.
Have been keeping up with you all and will look forward to posting again daily from the weekend.
Enjoy your evening J xStarted Self Managed DMP 10th May 2017.

One of the most useless exercises there is.
Read this. Far too many people are uneducated about fitness and weight loss.. educate yourselves, people! Sadly there are also people who persist in perpetuating false myths0 -
Today
B - chicken with salad leaves
S - banana
L - fish pie
S - apple
S - ice lolly
S - cereal (alpen) with skimmed milk
D - onion soup, cottage cheese
S - chicken sandwich
S - 300g yoghurt
S - sultanas, dates, pear
As you can see quite a lot of chicken. Great food for weight loss. I have simply been sticking a whole seasoned chicken in the oven once every 4 or so days (others eat it too!).
I have started to eat more dried fruits, they have quite a lot of calories (I am trying to slow down my weight loss now)
Starting weight 15th Nov: 220 lbs
Current Weight: 195 lbs
Weight loss: 25 lbs
Exercise - lots of walking but I find it to be very light exercise. Some aerobics and some medium-weight lifting. Decided to have a recovery day, my legs are knackered after 2 nights consecutive sprints and my shoulders sore after bodyweight exercises.0
