That's what I've decided to do no more chocolate, crisps, cakes , diet fruit yogurts and soft drinks. I've also given up the slimming club as it can't be right to be ok to eat as many fat free yogurts as surely this isn't teaching you moderation but giving the " food companies " money? Since I've. Stopped dieting I seem to be able to eat 3 healthy meals and not snack as I am not obsessing about food all the time.

Indeed :) and if you make it a lifestyle change instead of just a diet then you will barely notice it!

Although I must disagree with you on yoghurts - I eat 500g of Greek yoghurt daily. Cheap, only 300kcal, and packed full of good nutrition!

    Evening all

B- Porridge with the usual teaspoon of honey and one of malt extract
L- Turkey salad sandwich with an apple
T - HM sweet and sour chicken + noodles, packed with loads of veg
    S - 1pkt crisps, apple, breakaway bar

Managed 2 20min walks today but they were not very fast walks due to a very intensive physio session for my back problems which seems to have increased my pain not decreased it.

Do you have porridge every morning? I love porridge but always get told to only have it a couple of times a week :o

    Evening everyone,

Just on to report I've had a good day foodwise:

    B - banana, coffee
    L - 2 x ww wm toast, 2 eggs, scrambled
D - grilled pork chop, mini roast pots, mushrooms, brocolli, green beans
    S - none :p

I'm working tomorrow at the tea room. Going to try fruit tea instead of regular tea. Hoping the flavours will make the shift more interesting plus no need for milk :rotfl:

Interesting, this is not far off my usual fare, but tracking this through MFP I have taken in too much sugar, but insufficient calories overall!!!!.

missrlr my sugar intake is probably far too high then !!! 3 of my 5 a day are usually from fruit.

Wow, this looks like a good fat-burning diet. If I could make a tiny adjustment I would have not ate the roast pots, instead having some cottage cheese and an apple later on.

I find with trolls it's best not to respond to something you find upsetting or you don't agree with that they say. Just like people you work with (who annoy you by things they say) ignore the troll as you would at work. Trolls thrive by getting a rise from people! You can generally tell whose genuine and who isn't!

I can see exactly whose a troll on here!

Did well on the plan tonight, and was even able to have two homemade cookies! I may have posted this earlier, and if I have, I'm sorry! I'm being extremely forgetful at the moment. Feel that I must write every little thing down lest I forget it.

    B - 2 buckwheat pancakes, 1 tbsp honey
L - leftover fish pie, 1 thick slice applesauce banana bread
D - 1 homemade naan, 2 homemade baked onion bahjis, 2 bowlfuls of vegetable curry
S - 1 bowl of vegetable curry, 2 homemade peanut butter chip cookies
    E - 25 minutes of walking

Have 123 calories left. Leaving them there as I'm stuffed on curry and water.

I always have porridge. I've always believed that it's a 'super food'. Can't eat it made with water though...yuck!
