Why????
Like I said, I can't answer that question without being offensive
Moving on.. it's been 2 months now since the start of my more "natural" diet! In the last 2 months I haven't had a single packed of crisps, a single bit of chocolate, any form of sweets/candy, no fruit juice, and no soft drinks. I feel great, so energetic and healthylife's too short to pack your body full of crap IMO! Good luck all!

Right, back on Nutracheck today, trying to be good. Coupled with first day back at work, no sleep last night and some rather unpleasant relationship issues coming to light I feel like S**T but am trying not to be naughty.
B - banana porridge, tea
S - clementine
L - WW wrap with tuna and salad (no mayo or anything), clementine
S - cup of tea
D - (planned) salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, carrot. No dressing), falafel, half a pita, low fat houmous, a spoonful of endamame bean salad. Small glass of red wine (the bottle needs finished and frankly I will need it)
That comes to 1197 total cals. No exercise.
Happy Monday everyone - hope the new week diet enthusiasm lasts all week!0 -

My mini January challenge:
Step one - up the exercise. My job involves lots of sitting down and talking to people, and when I get home I pretty much hit the sofa and stay there. On the plus side, we have a new puppy who will definitely benefit from me looking to do more walking.
Step two - drink water. Although I rarely drink alcohol and take my tea/coffee without sugar, I tend to add a lot of milk. Also, I drink far too much fizzy pop.
Step three - aim for three meals a day. Breakfast is very hit and miss, depending on how much of a rush I'm in trying to get out of the house in the morning, and lunch often doesn't happen either if I'm busy at work.
If I can make those changes stick for a month I'll look to see what else needs to be changed.
Early days as yet, but I have managed to keep to having breakfast and lunch every day so far rather than skipping every meal until dinner. Also, I have increased my intake of water and vastly decreased my use of fizzy drinks and today is my first headache free day since cutting out the cola. The goal to exercise more isn't taking quite as well as the other two, so far. Hmm. On that note, time to go and walk the dog.Crazy clothing #031: Me £4/50(+vouchers)/DD £4.50/150

Some of us have been posting on this thread for over a year plus. We have maintained our slow and steady approach and lost weight in a healthy and sustainable way. I hope you will be able to maintain your faddy diet for that length of time and not succumb to temptation.I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0
