So today:
Aside from developing a stinking cold (grrr to bug filled offices)
B banana
L white cabbage, broccoli, sun dried toms, mozzarella, avocado salad
S 20g mixed nuts
D 1/3 pepper quiche, carrots, green beans and cauliflower
Interesting, this is not far off my usual fare, but tracking this through MFP I have taken in too much sugar, but insufficient calories overall!!!!
Given the ear popping, inability to breath issue due to bunged upness exercise has been limited to Doglet walking.Start info Dec11

Some of us have been posting on this thread for over a year plus. We have maintained our slow and steady approach and lost weight in a healthy and sustainable way. I hope you will be able to maintain your faddy diet for that length of time and not succumb to temptation.
"Diet"? Hah, aww you sound so immature. Do you get all of your "diet" information from Cosmo? It's not really a diet, more of a lifestyle change. I haven't had any sweets or soft drinks for over 6 years now. Think before passing your immature comments please0 -
WHere did I "pass judgement"? Quote itNo wonder people in this country struggle so much to lose weight..
NOTE in relation to eating chocolate.
Judgypants seem to be nice and chaffing tight pulled up round your ears given that comment! Very judgemental!Start info Dec11

Evening all
B- Porridge with the usual teaspoon of honey and one of malt extract
L- Turkey salad sandwich with an apple
T - HM sweet and sour chicken + noodles, packed with loads of veg
S - 1pkt crisps, apple, breakaway bar
Managed 2 20min walks today but they were not very fast walks due to a very intensive physio session for my back problems which seems to have increased my pain not decreased it.I am playing all of the right notes just not necessarily in the right order.

Well I've been weighed now that the Christmas goodies have been given away etc., so I know where I'm starting from. No way am I sharing
;):p but I will admit to putting on just 1lb since I last got weighed a couple of weeks before Christmas.
Can't do much exercise at the moment as I've trapped a nerve in my neck and it's hurting like mad in my shoulder and down my arm. Doc has given me codeine to take with paracetamol, so the priority is to keep ' regular' IYSWIMMy high veg 'lifestyle' should help!
I'm not that keen on lots of fruit so any ideas on low fat/sugar puds would be gratefully received. Also I don't like artificial 'sugars' - have you read the blurb  and they leave an aftertaste which I can't get used to.
Going to check out the Wartime Farm and the Hairy Dieters books that Santa brought me.
Hope everyone does well. See you later in the week.2025 Fashion on the ration

MrsVP pain sounds bad, perhaps you need to call them? In case shouldn't be like that?
MrsCD how about flapjack? HM you can control the sugar and replace fats with your choice. Bananas and custard if you can cope with that much fruit? HM tea loaf? Again you can control swap ingredients if you want to suit. HM ice cream?Start info Dec11

Moving on.. it's been 2 months now since the start of my more "natural" diet! In the last 2 months I haven't had a single packed of crisps, a single bit of chocolate, any form of sweets/candy, no fruit juice, and no soft drinks. I feel great, so energetic and healthylife's too short to pack your body full of crap IMO! Good luck all!
That's what I've decided to do no more chocolate, crisps, cakes , diet fruit yogurts and soft drinks. I've also given up the slimming club as it can't be right to be ok to eat as many fat free yogurts as surely this isn't teaching you moderation but giving the " food companies " money? Since I've. Stopped dieting I seem to be able to eat 3 healthy meals and not snack as I am not obsessing about food all the time.My secret fantasy is having 2 men....
