    Hi everyone,

Very pleased to report a 3lb loss this week which means a 9lb loss altogether in the 8 weeks I've been with you :j Have been having soup for lunch these last two weeks and it's obviously helping.

    Food today:

B - 2 x ww wm toast, greengage conserve, tea
L - pumpkin and chilli soup, egg custard tart
D - fresh tortellini and sauce
E - just done the four downstairs rooms, dusting, floors, cleaning the surfaces etc.

Will have a think about my target for 2013. In the meantime, hope you all have a fantastic Christmas and New Year :santa2:

  • Sorry Folks

I’ve been MIA for a couple of weeks, dreaded winter cold and computer problems – both of which I am on top of now – unfortunately illness caused a bit of comfort eating and a gain but thankfully in my attempts to get as much Vitamin C in me as possible, the amount of fruit reduced the amount of stodge I was eating so I’m managed to get back to a STS.

Menu planning, shopping and exercise have all been neglected but I am determined to be good and try to maintain and stay the same over the holiday period too.

Hope you're ok Savesummore? Have a hug XX

Well done Sweet pea and Coxy! Great effort especially this time of year

Well, I have STS this week - not displeased with that as its been a tough old week with one thing and another.
Will do my best not to go berserk over the next week or so and get some proper exercise in to try to counteract the scoffing.

Hope everyone has a good Christmas.

In an effort to minimise the damage done this week and over the forthcoming days I managed to force myself to do the Shred this morning (level 2 as I haven't done it for ages).
I had planned to go for a run but its pouring down and just yukky so that was abandoned - will walk the dog later if it eases off (only been around the block so far as he hates the rain and is still recovering from his illness).

I'm off to family in Wales on Xmas Eve and am trying (not very successfully!) to be fairly good until then.

Right I need to get on with some hardcore housework - surely that will be worth a mince pie? :rotfl::rotfl:
