    Hi everyone,

    Food today:

    B - 2 x white ww toast, 1/2 tin baked beans
L - 1/2 carton MrT lentil, bean and barley soup, wm roll with a little tuna mayo
    S - banana, mince pie
    D - 1/6 MrT lasagna, few chips, mange tout, 2 profiteroles :o
E - painted the lounge in preparation for the tree :j

Have also had a bag of Tyrells cheese & onion crisps. Feeling a bit low. The soup which I split over yesterday and today has not had any 'effect' on me (sorry if that's TMI :rotfl:) and I know I'm looking at a gain this week. Hence the bag of crisps - reverse psychology doh!

hi all, sorry not been around for a while. got really busy at work and forgot and then contracted the lovely norovirus and have been stuck in at home for a week. its got to be the worst thing I have ever had.

The good news is I have lost 4lbs although I am a bit disappointed as it felt like it should have been at least a stone after all that!

Well done to the losers - I find it really hard this time of year between the year end festivities and the weather.

Reporting a STS this week, not bad considering the buffet supper on Wednesday but I prepared it so didn't feel very hungry after looking at food all day!

    B - F&F, sk milk
L - rf cheese & pickle panini. persimmon
D - jacket with prawns and rf mayo, tomato, cucumber
    S - grapefruit, grapes, satsuma, 1/2 nana
E - cleaned bathroom, brushed stairs

Hope everyone gets the results they want this week :)
  • lost 1 1/2lb this week!

Think I might have put it all back on today though!

    Those dratted choccies!!!
  • Sorry I haven't been around for a while - had a drama with the dog - rushed to the animal hospital on Thurs evening with really bad vomiting and in considerable pain and distress. They kept him in overnight and ran loads of tests and Xrays and they think it may be pancreatitis but its not conclusive - so we're going back this morning (they let me bring him home last night) for an ultrasound scan. Didn't even get to go to bed on Thurs night and had to work all day yesterday and then spend 90mins in a traffic jam trying to get to the animal hospital so yesterday's food can only be described as dreadful! Take away pizza, crisps and biscuits:o Don't really care as the dog is the main priority at the moment.

But I have weighed this morning and have stayed the same this week. Not too bad considering the week I've had (other dramas as well as the dog).
So I'm still hovering around my target weight still - just 1lb up. Must try to get rid of that this week, so I can feel all virtuous for Xmas:rotfl:

Off to the vet again now - at least I can't eat there.;)
