Sorry I haven't been around for a while - had a drama with the dog - rushed to the animal hospital on Thurs evening with really bad vomiting and in considerable pain and distress. They kept him in overnight and ran loads of tests and Xrays and they think it may be pancreatitis but its not conclusive - so we're going back this morning (they let me bring him home last night) for an ultrasound scan. Didn't even get to go to bed on Thurs night and had to work all day yesterday and then spend 90mins in a traffic jam trying to get to the animal hospital so yesterday's food can only be described as dreadful! Take away pizza, crisps and biscuits:o Don't really care as the dog is the main priority at the moment.

Oh I hope he is okay/gets better soon!!

Yesterday I ate an awful lot of carp!!! and today is not much better!!

    B: sausage and egg sandwich
    S: Mince Pie
L: Im just about to have a couple of ham cobs
T: Its my works xmas doo tonight the menu doesnt look very appealing and the food is usually naff at these kind of events however there will be lots of drinking taking place

Estimated calories for this evening- 20,000

Exercise: Dancing and get up off the floor after falling over (i usually fall over when drinking even if ive only had a sip of wine  its like my party trick :rotfl:)

Got weighed this morning and I've lost 1lb again.
Probably because I've been so busy I just haven't had time to snack as much :o Have to go to get changed now - going to church carol service tonight - should be good with the children all taking part.

Welshwoofer - hope your dog gets better soon - sending lots of doggie hugs.

OMG! I found us on page 3 (and not in the Sun) !!! Where are we all? Probably out scoffing:rotfl::rotfl:

After a rubbish few days with yesterday being marginally better I've finally had an ok-ish day - the only baddy so far is a HM mince pie given to me by my technician. Plenty of F&V (7 portions:eek:) and lots of fluids (not wine:)).

No exercise to report though - the dog is still poorly but seems to be improving slowly so no long dog walks and its pouring down so no running today (what a fab excuse).

    Hope we're all ok?

    Hi everyone,

WW - hope your doggie is okay? Sending (((hugs)))

Went to DNephews 18th on Saturday - had a bacon sarnie for brunch and then just beige party nibbles ;) and pepsi max :D

Yesterday I had a bacon sarnie in the morning, pumpkin and chilli soup for lunch, then took a ham sandwich and grapes to work with me. A sneaky look on the scales this morning shows I am doing okay ;)

    Food today:

    B - micro porridge
L - 2 bags ready salted crisps, brie and beetroot chutney panini
D - hm bacon and brie puff (1/8 sheet of pastry), mini roasties, sugar snap peas
    S - 3 celebrations, curly wurly
E - 3.5 hours of cleaning at the tea room preparing for winter closure.

    Must be more focussed tomorrow.

  • Morning all
WW hope your wee dog ok.

Well I have been up to my eyes these last few days with ebay.

Sunday was good bar the fact that I had a Christmas eveing get together for elderly friends. I ate a few bits and bobs but they tasted so fatty I didn't really enjoy them. I treated myself to pavlova as I had planned to but yesterday I felt horrendous. Very bloated feeling sick. I know these high fat foods are not good for me and this has been a blessing to me.

    So menu today is
    Breakfast Toast banana
Lunch ......Soup and sandwich prob tuna with salad
Dinner ..... Potatoes veg possibly a tiny bit of pork chop and spoonful gravy.

Not a mince pie in this house so if anyone calls I will have to send someone for supplies:):):) I know if there was a box I would want to scoff them.

Lots of housework planned so plenty of exercise.

take care all and lets do our best today. :)
