A much better day today - felt more in control - haven't added up the cals yet though, just about to.
Its the Xmas do and I have to wear a frock on Friday so its my intention to survive on water and fresh air from now till then - only joking! I'd last about 5 mins:rotfl:

    Eating sweeties as I type.....:o
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

    Good morning everyone

Yesterday's eating was not so bad.
    Breakfast....W/m toast banana
Lunch..........Tuna toastie with light mayo, celery pepper and onions.Homemade veg soup.
Dinner ..... Potatoes, peas, onions mushrooms cooked olive oil, spoonful pepper sauce, piece sirloin the size of my thumb :)

Snacks 1/8 of a scone, pear and handful nuts.

As I am leaving home tomorrow morning very early a.m. I decided to weigh in today. I would be waking my hubbie up dragging out the scales and making a din if I wait until tomorrow.:):):)

I was delighted to see the scales show a 2lb loss :):):):):)
cannot believe it. I am putting my heart and soul into this. I feel now this few weeks in that I could get this excess off.
I am sure I will hit a week shortly that I will stay the same but I am prepared for that. Thank you all for the motivation and support this thread gives me.

Best thing I have found is not to have mince pies in the house...then there is no temptation to eat them :) I love mince pies. :)

Lots of food left over from yesterdays buffet so I've started to share it with the neighbours, otherwise....:o

    B - spicy fruity porridge
D - lamb chop, broccoli. Mince pie
    T - rf cheese & crackerbread
S - pineapple, apple, pear, satsumas
E - clearing up & cleaning the kitchen after yesterdays marathon cooking session. Turned the (king sized) mattress, completely exhausting

Now going to enjoy a siesta :)
