Not too bad a day - I did have a healthier snack tonight of a big handful of hazelnuts and 2 satsumas instead of a bag of crisps or bar of chocolate. Still could have been better though.
Will try harder tomorrow with food.0 -

I'm happy to go along with the majority Dragon, my meal plans will stay much the same except C-word day when I go to DD's for dinner. B - spicy, fruity porridge, sk milk
D - Roast tatties, parsnip, broad beans, petits pois, sprouts
T - Mug of soup, Crackerbread - 1xvegemite, 1xrf cheese & pickle
S grapes, satsuma, pear, 1/2 nana in a WW wrap
E - if you can call it E, putting up some deckies.
Lovely morning here, hope it's sunny for you whatever the weather:)

Not a bad day but not brilliant - gave in to a tube of Rolos:o
Had a fairly healthy lunch - small ciabatta roll with quorn chicken and salad, and vegan bean pasty, baked beans and 3 potato croquettes for tea.
I am covered in an itchy rash and so couldn't go swimming so went for a big dog walk instead - don't feel ill, just itchy, so still managed to get out and about. Still think I'm up to 1700 cals though - my maintainence cal limit not my losing cal amount:rotfl:
Suppose it could have been worse.
Already made a packed lunch for tomorrow - lots of fruit and a small vegan sausage roll bought from the organic shop yesterday - not had one before so will see if I like it.
No meeting as usual after school tomorrow so will be home an hour earlier - will try to do some exercise instead - famous last words:rotfl:0
