Rose - i agree with everybody else - you have so much to do so dont worry about the challenge x
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

Quick question for challenge members - this challenge finishes the Friday before Christmas - now I would normally start the next challenge on that Saturday (namely 22nd December ) now should we start the next one on the first Saturday in January or start as we mean to go on and start over Christmas?

Why don't we have damage limitation week over Xmas and then start afresh on Jan 1st? I know I won't be very good over Xmas Day and Boxing Day but will be trying to be fairly good betwen Xmas and New Year.

The 1st of January is a Tuesday so that would be a very short first week. If we did the usual start on a Saturday we would start on the 5th and run to 29th March.

That would give us a head start on losing the Xmas lbs and pretending they didn't exist - genius!
Whatever you decide is fine with me - just grateful that you make the effort:T
