Weighed this morning and half put on 0.5 lb - not in the least bit surprised as I have been a bit of a piggie.:o My hormones have been all over the place instead of fighting the urges I have given in on more than one occasion. Visitors don't help.....

Starting again tomorrow though - need to get a grip again rather than go down the slippery slope of scoffing myself stupid and ending up at square one.

My plan for the weekend is to get some serious exercise done - a 5k run and a 1 mile swim - need to do some hot and sweaty stuff.
Will do the shopping tomorrow and will make myself be good.

    So onwards and downwards!

Boohoo! Have put on +1lb this week

Have had another big dinner today but that's it for a while so back on the band wagon!
  • Hi all

Sorry I've been MIA for a while (just over a week I think). Had this really horrible headcold/flu as I think I mentioned previously, it has taken me all this week to get rid of it. Have been very poorly so not been sticking to a diet - at one point I lost my appetite completely and at others I just wanted sugary stuff as comfort - plus I think I must have drunk gallons and gallons of tea tea and more tea. lol.

As is always typical of these things, I am well enough now just in time to get back to work tomorrow - although thankfully its just one day and then I have another three off before we get down to it in earnest for a week or so of straight work work and oh yes more work.

Hope everyone is well(er) than me, won't bother weighing in this week if thats ok Dragon - as I'm sure I have gained since I've been doing nothing physically to get the lbs off!! In fact I'm almost sure I have undone all the hard work over the last couple of months but we will find out next week I suppose.

    <<hugs>>

theatregirl am glad you are feeling better. I have had same symptoms since wed so my eating has been all over the place. I've also started on the vienetta I was saving for xmas but it has been for medicinal purposes ;) very soothing on my sore throat.

Anyway I have STS this week, so the raging fever must have burnt off most of the calories :p Still feeling rough today but a little less feverish, so hopefully on the mend. Am not posting any food plans for the day as I will just eat what I fancy later.

Have a good weekend everyone x

    Morning All

I'm having major computer problems at present, plus moving house plus extra work so am going to opt out of the challenge for a bit. Hopefully, I'll be back in the New Year.

    Good Luck RoseWood!

Well, I've started as I mean to go today - been for a 30 min dog walk and a 5K run which was surprisingly ok considering I haven't run for a week or two, not too bad a time.
I'm back on the myfitnesspal wagon today for the run up to Xmas to stop me overeating before the festive season really begins. I only have my Xmas do next Friday so no real excuses not to be good every other day until my birthday on the 22nd.
So, exercise and 1200 cals a day are the order of the day!:eek:
