    Hi everyone,

    LittleMoog - what a beautiful baby :)

I helped at the church Christmas market on Saturday so lunch was a sausage in a fresh bake roll (mmmmm.....), we also had moules et frites for dinner - surprisingly low fat (apart from the frites of course ;))

Yesterday I didn't get a chance to have anything cooked during the day so had a cheese scone for lunch and took a ham sandwich with me for dinner.

Full of cold today and have just had a plated up roast dinner for lunch, courtesy of DH as he cooked last night for him and the children whilst I was at work. Tastebuds aren't working properly though :( everything tastes yuck. Could be a bumper loss for me this week - every cloud.....

    Morning all,

Got serious butterflies this morning at the thought of the long flight tomorrow.
Food will be whatever they bring but will try and make healthy choices
It's usually quite spicy on Emirates.
Today will be spent putting the last bits in the case and a general tidy around.
    Food wise

    B toast and marmalade
    L LF sandwich
D turkey salad with Cous Cous

Had a couple of not great days as been eating leftovers and confess to a cup cake and pizza. Did manage a run in the rain last night though so not all bad.
Will probably be missing for a few days but will definitely check in on Friday with my weigh in.
    Little Moog she is beautiful:D
Have a great day all, will post from down under when I can J x

    Im back!!

I have done my 30 day shred :T did a level 2- gosh im unfit again :o

Have also filled in MFP- this is where im going wrong I think Im eating quite healthy etc but im going wildly over my calorie allowance everyday!! Maybe writing it on MFP will bring me back into line

I have decided to do a min of 3 x 30 min workouts per week- id love to do more but I work fulltime, I go to college 2 nights a week, and have to put time aside to study plus do all the usual housework, washing ironing etc etc so feel this is realistic for me (wonder woman I am not :rotfl:)

I have worked out I need to do 4 & 1/2 hours exercise between now and xmas so am going to put this in my signiture just to encourage me :)

Back to work tomorrow boo hoo!! Plus im on a course Thurs/Fri so lunch will be a challenge im sure!
