Hello, :hello:
Apologies for being MIA.. Have eaten too many baked potato dinners while under the weather (literally and figuratively). And biscuits.
Dragon I must sadly report +1kg since posting last. Now know my goal is completely unrealistic; please can I change it to 74kg rather than 70kg? If not, maybe I'd better drop out until the New Year as I don't want to muck up your totals!

Afternoon All,
A quick post before I go off to work. I've had a busy afternoon making marmalade out of some oranges that were going to be ditched at work. I added some lime juice that had been in the fridge for ages and it tastes really nice. DH has already had 2 slices of toast with it on. I also made a couple of jars of toffee sauce.
B: Glass of milk
L: 2 poached eggs on toast. Apple
T: 2 oatcakes with peanut butter. Tiny helping of HM banana icecream (I'm emptying the freezer and had a few bits of frozen banana to use up). Small prawn salad to take to work for later.
Exercise: About a 1 mile run. I had gone out for a 6 mile run but my friend felt faint so we turned round after a mile and had a walk instead. About 2 miles of walking.

Morning all,
It's so cold here with a thick frost. Managed a run about 40 mins yesterday, very hilly, but had to be really careful as very slippy underfoot.
Out at friends last night, but didn't drink my usual bottle of wine, took half a bottle of Cinzano and a bottle of diet lemonade so much healthier and she made a delish LF Thai chicken curry.
Today will be mainly packing as only3 days until we go, I have butterflies
Food today will be
B toast and marmalade
L fruit and yoghurt
D fish fingers mash and beans ( we are using up freezer)
Have a good day all xStarted Self Managed DMP 10th May 2017.

Goodness. Well I had best face the music. I have put on 3lbs that week. I don't actually know how it's possible to put on that amount of weight. I am clueless as to how it's happened really. I don't count or anything so I can only suppose my portion sizes are way too big.
Really upset actually. I thought I might have lost and at worst thought it would be a STS0 -
Fuddle- Keep trying!! You may find they go as quick as they came!! To actually put on 3LBs of fat would take a heck of a lot of eating so it may just be hormonal (sp) etc
Oh dear im here to confess!! Friday night I ate KFC then went out with my friend and drank 1/2 bottle of wine plus 3 alco-popsI did do a fair bit of dancing though if that counts for anything
Yesterday I was out entertaining customers at the local football club (all very posh in a coporate box etc) so had 4 glasses of red wine a 3 course meal (starter- goat cheese tart, main- pork belly and a posh bubble and squeak pudding- creme brulee with i only ate a spoon of as it was soooooooo sweet! Oh and then I ate 3 choc truffles with coffee)
The last night I had hm rice pudding, a corned beef sandwich and a bag of hula hoops- all in all a total disaster this weekend!!
I feel so foggy headed this morning!! May go out for a walk later to clear my head/work off some cals
Sorry if this post rambles/makes no sense but it reflects my head this morning lolO/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)0 -
Savesummore and Fuddle - I'll join you in the confessional!
Had visitors all weekend (just gone) and its been a nightmare food wise. The only saving grace has been lots of dog walking.
Back on the straight and narrow now though - have done a 30 min walk this morning, some hectic cleaning and will have lots more dog walking to do (still have my friend's dog with me as well as mine - mum's has gone home with them thankfully!).
Will whizz round the supermarket later and restock the fridge - good stuff only;)0 -

Although it’s a beautiful sunny day out there….it’s Baltic…so I’m keeping myself warm and cosy in the kitchen – made a pot of celery soup and now going to try making some veggie sausages for tea – never tried them before but I’m getting so bored with the supplies I have in the freezer.
