cocalls ....its def. the long johns. Well done on your weight loss so far.
Yesterdays eating was not too bad. I was away Christmas shopping with best friend before the silly season sets in and we walked for hours.
Breakfast W/m toast and banana
Lunch Starbucks black coffee skimmed milk, half panini , half lemon drizzle cake.
Dinner Christmas Turkey lunch...not a massive portion and it was superb.
1 pear and 1 banana
Weigh in today and I am happy with my progress this week. So heres hoping for a reasonable loss.0 -

Weighed in and have lost a further 4lbs...I am delighted. I have tried so hard this week and this has been a great boost. I have 3 stone to lose so its a great start.

I'm sooooooooo pleased I weighed this morning and I am 199.8lb! That's officially under 200lb which I haven't been for the last 3years woooo hooooooo! (Hope I didn't wake anyone with that shout :j:j )
Still a long way to go but it feels like an important milestone.

Morning all,
A sts for me today. I am stuck at exactly 12st and I so want to be 11 something oh we'll it will come.
Have upped the exercise and managed a longer run last night, about 40 mins. We had to be careful as it was a bit sloppy underfoot and the cold makes it difficult to breath but I did enjoy it:D
Today need to go into town so will walk a mile there and back to the station, by the time I've walked round for a few hrs I always feel I have done lots of exercise.
No time for breakfast, lunch will be a bagel LF of course which I really enjoy, it's my treat whenever I go into town for the day. Tea will be something quick on toast as we are visiting relatives before we fly off to Oz, only 5 days to go :j

Well done everyone. I have another lb loss to report which means I am nearly back to what I was at the start of the challenge! Hopefully, I am back on the straight and narrow now with losses 2 weeks in a row. I have also given up chocolate until Christmas, even my delicious HM mousses, as I was having it far too often.

Been AWOL this week, we've had a preety awful week and life got in the way of healthy eating and diet. I stepped off the diet wagon for a few days, but on the positive side, I used up the last of the contents of my small freezer and its been defrosted, so very OS. Got back on the diet wagon yesterday, and todays the start of a new week.

I am not going to be weighing in this week - have not been right since Wednesday evening, all bunged up now and been running a fever the last day and a half.
I imagine I have put on anyway as I have been drinking SO much tea and my mealplan has gone out of the window for the time being while I recuperate. Will still be reading when I can over the weekend so well done to all the losses0
