    Morning all,

Congratulations Little Moog what a beautiful name:D

So just about to go out and walk for an hour as I won't fit my usual run in tonight as db and dsil are coming for tea and to exchange Christmas Pressies as we won't see them now until January. This time next week I will be on my way to Australia :j:j
Food will be a challenge today, going to make a LF lasagne, hopefully no one will know its low fat shhh
Dessert will be a raspberry and coconut pie. I will have a tiny piece to be sociable.
Have just had 2 eggs with Ww toast so will just have that and my meal this evening. Shouldn't affect my weight loss if I count in the exercise.

Anyway have a lovely day all x

    Evening All

I'm planning to spend the evening cooking - hopefully red onion marmalade and maybe orange marmalade to use for Christmas presents. At least they are not the sort of thing I can pick at and should keep me busy and my mind off nibbling.

    Congratulations to Little Moog.

    B: Coffee
L: Double egg and chips. Coke
T: Cheese and red onion marmalade on toast. Raspberries with Greek yoghurt.

Exercise: 6 mile run. 3 miles of walking to and fro.
