Despite my vistors trying their best to sabotage my meal plan yesterday with some apple & maple syrup danish, I had a small one and skipped my lunchtime salad, not the healthiest alternative but the scales still appear to be looking good this morning.

Morning all,
Congratulations Little Moog what a beautiful name:D
So just about to go out and walk for an hour as I won't fit my usual run in tonight as db and dsil are coming for tea and to exchange Christmas Pressies as we won't see them now until January. This time next week I will be on my way to Australia :j:j
Food will be a challenge today, going to make a LF lasagne, hopefully no one will know its low fat shhh
Dessert will be a raspberry and coconut pie. I will have a tiny piece to be sociable.
Have just had 2 eggs with Ww toast so will just have that and my meal this evening. Shouldn't affect my weight loss if I count in the exercise.
Anyway have a lovely day all xStarted Self Managed DMP 10th May 2017.
