Hi Folks
After last weeks disaster I’ve given myself a severe talking to and I’m ready to start afresh from today.
The sweets that appeared to jump (of their own accord) into my shopping trolley have been hidden away at the back of the cupboard, in addition the cake that I baked last week has been wrapped up and stashed away in the darkest corner of the freezer.
Today’s meals =
B – Yoghurt & Fruit
L – Sweet Potato & Red Pepper Soup, slice of toast
D – Tuna & Cheese Bake, green beans, sweetcorn
S – Pear, copious amounts of fruit tea as I’m trying to cut down on my coffee consumption, maybe 1 digestive bisc later.
E – 40 mins brisk walk to/from an appointment, 40 mins vigorous housework, bopping along to the radio.Jan - June Grocery spends = £531.61
July - Grocery spends = £119.54
Aug - Grocery spends = £20.630 -

Sorry you are poorly x
I think you missed my post as I weighed in early and lost 11/2 pounds this week xI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -
Hi all...
I am creeping in with my tail between my legs...have been a bit AWOL recentlydetermined to get back to it today...4 weeks to go!
Today's food:
B - very small bowl shreddies and soya milk
S - one bite of banana, threw the rest away as it was too ripe, yuk
L - an uncle ben's rice time pot. It was horrid, but was starving and had no other food in
S - a few (too many!) handfuls of dry cereal whilst waiting for dinnerOH is still not home and we try to eat together, in the end I got too hungry and just ate without him...
D - chicken, noodle and vegetable stir fry - very little chicken and noodles, mostly vegetables
I may have some fruit later as for some reason I still feel really hungry.
Not a very good day to start off with! Bad lunch, unnecessary snacking of dry cereal. Oops...0 -
