Loads of good losses this week - well done losers!!

I have STS - as I'm trying to maintain now that's a success!!

Moog - good luck with the baby - your teeny weight gain has been fantastic - best wishes for the birth.

    Savesummore - swim, swim, swim!!!

I'm off on a spa weekend with 20 40ish women tomorrow - it involves treatments, wine, food and an overnight stay so unless they serve us carrot juice and cucumber (hope not!) there may be a struggle to maintain this week - oh well, I'm going to enjoy it!
  • Little Moog best wishes for an easy stress free birth :D

D: 2 x pork sausages, sml portion of noodles, sugar snap peas, baby corn, individual apple pie, 1 ball vanilla ice cream
S: 2 finger kitkat, sml cupcake at DD's guides fundraiser

Was meant to have mini roasties with the sausages, but 7 of us for tea and only 5 small potatoes left :o Must try harder.....

  • Posting again with mealplan:
b- 2 slices toast with cheese,
l - breaded chicken goujons, 2 white rolls, salad.
    s - 2 x ww mini rolls, large cookie.

the above is correct, changed my dinner in the end tho as I didnt fancy pasta.

instead dinner was large jacket spud with small tin baked beans and 3 rashers bacon.
extra snacks - m& s sandwich before work (it was reduced, in my defense).

Savesummore well done on the swimming , keep it up:T
Well done all you losers and stayed the sames:T

Up early this morning, and planning on cleaning through the house to burn off some calories. Have planned a thirty minute run this afternoon as we are off out for a meal this evening with our dd and her new fella. Will make good choices but need to be careful.
Otherwise will just eat breakfast, poached eggs and toast and fruit before my run.
Have a good day all, only 11 days until my hols:eek:
