Loads of good losses this week - well done losers!!
I have STS - as I'm trying to maintain now that's a success!!
Moog - good luck with the baby - your teeny weight gain has been fantastic - best wishes for the birth.
Savesummore - swim, swim, swim!!!
I'm off on a spa weekend with 20 40ish women tomorrow - it involves treatments, wine, food and an overnight stay so unless they serve us carrot juice and cucumber (hope not!) there may be a struggle to maintain this week - oh well, I'm going to enjoy it!0 -

b- 2 slices toast with cheese,
l - breaded chicken goujons, 2 white rolls, salad.
s - 2 x ww mini rolls, large cookie.
the above is correct, changed my dinner in the end tho as I didnt fancy pasta.

Up early this morning, and planning on cleaning through the house to burn off some calories. Have planned a thirty minute run this afternoon as we are off out for a meal this evening with our dd and her new fella. Will make good choices but need to be careful.
Otherwise will just eat breakfast, poached eggs and toast and fruit before my run.
Have a good day all, only 11 days until my hols:eek:Started Self Managed DMP 10th May 2017.
