    Sorry Theatre girl, you don't have to justify your food, apologies.

    Can't sleep so have got up and weighed myself, STS i'm afraid.

    I think it's because i've been feeling tierd and a bit down-so have been 'treating' myself-this must stop.

    Here's what i'll have today;
    B; 2 crumpets with cup of tea
    Lunch; poached egg, toms and mushroom on toast.
    Tea; thrown together with all the veggies in the fridge and chickpea vegie curry
    S. Banana and cake at toddler group (can never resist) and a sneaky glass of wine as it's a friday
  • Morning All,

    A quick post whilst I am able - DGD is still asleep so I am grabbing a few minutes on the computer. I've lost 1lb - which means I am still higher than when I started but marginally better than last week.

    Good luck with the weigh ins everybody.

  • Morning All,

    Been MIA for a few days, wasn’t feeling 100% even though I haven’t had any alcohol I felt like I had the hangover from H*ll, it’s also been so dark and drrrrreich here for the past few days – I often wonder if I’m a “SAD” sufferer - so I have been comfort eating and as a result have gained 2lbs :eek: :eek: this week.

    Anyway will draw a line under it and get back in the zone…….hopefully. Had an appointment with the nurse yesterday and one piece of good news is that my blood pressure is back in the normal range :j so perhaps the weight I have lost has helped that.

  • Dear me, just checked my email and there is a rota in it from my work for the first week and a half of panto season already :eek: Where did the year go? On top of which it's finally driven home the news that I'm newly appointed TL - along with two other internal applicants, and two/three external.

    Was a bit cheeky last night and added a few things onto my nicely written mealplan - just a glass of wine, a bar of chocolate, a pear, and a mug of hot choc before bed. :A The hot chocolate was wonderful because I drank it sitting in bed watching TV with the rain lashing on on the windows. I have a attic room as well and I only put the lamp on so it was wonderfully cosy. :D

    Anyway, weighed just now and I have lost 1.5lbs! :T Still feeling a little bloated but sure I was retaining the weight because of Ms Monthly, something I havent had since June/July. Hopefully next week that other .5 of a lb will bug off and make it a nice round number again. lol.
