'Lo everybody
I realise I haven't posted my meal/daily eating for a while.
I have been thinking about it and, each day the thought that I might be called to account does help with my food choices
It's just there are only so many times I can write porridge before falling asleep!
so, today is a fairly typical day. I have been really looking at portion sizes and reducing them, especially for breakfast
b- porridge, fruit, oj
l- soup, roll
d- lf chilli and rice ready meal
s- 2 small cup cakes0 -
FINALLY a day that I can post because I've done okay
b - fruit and fibre breakfast biscuits
l - ham and cream cheese sandwich with a granola bar, raspberries and blueberries
t - HM sweet and sour chicken (from the hairy dieters book and really tasty!) with 60g rice
Total: 1,258 calories
I'm so full from tea - it was really good. Fingers crossed for a loss this week - I'm long overdue one!Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Evening All
I've had a really busy day (again!) and still got to nip into work with a car load of stuff from the cash and carry later. Also DS and family are having a new kitchen fitted so they are coming round for 2 meals a day this week.
B: Apple and glass of milk
L: (Took everyone out) Steak and kidney pie with cabbage and carrots - shared with DGD. Also HM chocolate mousse when I got in.Leek and potato soup with a slice of bread (and butter). Raspberries with Greek yoghurt.
Snack: 20g of dark chocolate. Scraping of the cake mixture bowl as I made a coffee sponge ready for making a Tiramisu.
I am planning to make red onion marmalade tonight to use as Christmas presents. I also did quite a bit of shopping for presents in the 20 minutes I had in The Works whilst DH was looking at tropical fish.

Had a good day foodwise today so far but a rubbish one otherwise - have an eye infection and a streaming cold - looking gorgeous!!
The only good thing is that I don't have much of an appetite:o0 -
Evening all
Had rather a nice evening - worked the bar, got a £1 tip and also served Emmerdale's Lorraine Chase (aka Steph Forsythe)Very nice she was too! Although she only ordered tea for herself and her friend, nothing fancy.
Doing better with meals and stuff, have been rather gassy and bloaty today thoughMade a big salad using up all leftovers in fridge so can have that with various lunches/dinners, this completely clears the drawers at the bottom of the fridge except 2 apples, chopped bagged greens for our bunnies and a big pack of onions.
b- 2 slices wm toast with cheese, hm cookie made with remaining dough in fridge.
l- last 2 tortillas in cupboard, plus 2 triangles dairylea, prepped salad (cucumber, pepper, radish, lettuce), last pack of velvet crisps.
d - ready meal cod and chips
s- mini ww choc roll, half a special k bar, large hot chocolate from station cafe.0 -
Im declaring my weight for the week - yes I know it is a few days early. I have lost 1 1/2 lbs this week which is good :T:T:T
Im away on a patchwork course so will still be reading. Have a good few days xxI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0
