Well done Sezza! Great job!
And congrats to Theatregirl on the job! Hope you enjoy the burgerking?
Went a bit bonkers yesterday and had a few slices of left over pizza for tea and some mint Matchmakers - mmmmmm but:eek:
So today its back on the the straight and narrow. Thanks for the advice Needtobethrifty!
Just about to take the dog for a walk and then I'm off swimming - aiming for a mile in 30 mins but haven't been for a while so will see how it goes.
Now have plenty of fruit, veg and better food to eat so don't really have any excuse to scoff rubbish - today's treat will be an M&S mince pie - caved in yesterday when picking up some bits ordered online - why do they put them at the till:mad: And they're about 280 cals each! But gorgeous!0 -
Morning all,
Good day yesterday, managed a thirty minute run which is great for me but my knee is playing up so may have to rest it today.
Lots of family over today. I have a huge chicken and chorizo stew in the freezer which we will have with rice and crusty bread. (no bread for me)
Breakfast will be one of those new war buttons thins they don't seem bad in calories so have a sandwich made with two slices of lean bacon.
Managed to get into some size 14 skinny jeans yesterday:D
Welsh woofer I love cold pizza, can't resist it
sezza girl well done on yesterday:j
Have a great Sunday all xStarted Self Managed DMP 10th May 2017.

Dog walked and 1 mile (64 lengths) swum in 32 mins - quite pleased with that. Off to a nature reserve for a nice hour long walk with the woofer later while the weather is good - will deserve my mince pie then!:)0

Lost 1lb this week so now only 1lb up on my starting weight. Note to self - must try harder!Old style weight loss challenge, start date 14/7/13, starting wt: 14 st 12, goal 12lb in 11 weeks:
Total weight loss to date: 12lb0 -
Some how I have managed to lose 3lb this week. I haven't been remotely good so don't deserve any credit. All I can think of is hat I have put myself under a lot of worry and stress this week and that is what caused it or that I have had my first 'monthly' in a year this last week.
At least it's a good thing and I can be motivated to try to keep it up this week.0 -
Afternoon All
I've got DGD here for the day and am just getting a brief rest whilst she has hers. We've baked jam tarts, played with the Play Doh and done jigsaws so far as well as having stories and lunch. I think a walk might be nice when she gets up. DS and DDiL will be here for their regular Sunday meal later so I've got her till we've all had that.
B: None as had a lie in since I didn't get in from work till after 11 last night.
L: Boiled egg and soldiers followed by HM banana icecream. I got the idea from this site and it was so easy - frozen chunks of overripe banana blended with a drop of double cream.Mince (padded out with porridge oats and spinach) with green beans. The rest will also have mash, followed by jam tarts. I shall probably just have a HM chocolate mousse
Exercise: Maybe a short walk with DGD at 2 year old pace.

Hello all
Quick update
b- none, yummy lie in instead lol.
l- cheese sandwich on small slices white bread.
s- special k bar
d - 2 aunt b's yorkshires, porkchop, mashed swede, veg. glass (or maybe two) of shandy
s- TBC. Going to be sitting in front of the tv last night after running around doing bits and bobs today.
e- went to laundromat twice today; one of our bunnies sat on my beanbag chair and weed on it so had to get it washed....took 1.5 hrs and then had to go pick it up lol. so fair amount of walking from car to the autowash place lol.
Also reason for overeating/craving pastry may be explained: I think I might have my monthly friend back - after five months of nothing!
happy sunday all x0 -

Feel a renewed sense of get up and go today so am aiming for this week to be a good one.
I've built up to that time - I've always been able to swim a long way but at a more sedate pace! Now I'll be really happy with a mile in 30 mins - not there yet though!
Good to see you all positive and raring to go!
Had a very active day - dogwalk, swimming, gardening for 30 mins, cleaning all the wooden floors on my hands and knees, another dog walk for 40 mins with another quick trot round the block after tea for woofer whoopsies!
Was starving so had an early tea rather than picking on bad stuff - have had my mince pie though!
Just a quick question - what do we all plan to do diet wise over Xmas?
I'm thinking about being good on all other days apart from "event" days - Xmas do (14th Dec), birthday (22nd Dec) and Xmas Day and Boxing Day (staying with mum so no choice, will be force fed). I'm toying with taking my running stuff to Wales for Xmas with me to have a litte jog out to avoid food for a short while at least and limit the damage. The dogs are also a bit of a godsend - can take them out for a good walk when family start to get on my wick!
All a good plan....can I do it?
As I'm going to mum's instead of them coming to my house I don't need to buy a houseful of goodies as usual - literally bags full of sweets and chocolate, cheeses, desserts - the list is endless... The leftovers are usually massive too - at least I won't have that to contend with this time.
This year I'm going to buy one smallish box of chocs and a bag of my favourite sweets and thats it - no more! Think of the money I'll save!0 -
Evening All
It’s been a lovely sunny day here so after getting some washing and tidying done I decided to get my trainers on and head out for a walk, did about 4-5miles.
Still working with the “demand” feeding routine – rather than having set mealtimes I’m eating when I’m hungry, so today based on mealtimes I’ve had
B - Yoghurt & Fruit, coffee
L – Turkey Loaf, salad sandwich
D – Pork Chop Hotpot, Brussels, carrots
S – Fruit Teas, Slice of Pear, hazelnut & choc cake (¾ of it has been frozen)savesummore wrote: »Oh my life that cake sounds AMAZING what time can I come round :rotfl::rotfl:
It was absolutely lov..ely, not too sweet but has loads of butter in it - think I prefer it warm when the choc is all soft and gooey...mmmmmm.'Lo everyone
Sorry for checking in late - I have a note as I was at Radio 2 all day yesterday answering the phones for people donating money for Children in Need. Over the day, we took about £255,000 so hope you'll let me off!
Hopefully any calories consumed while we were answering the phones won't count - there were an awful of chocs and crisps floating around!
:T :T well done, I was listening most of the day and it sounded great fun, but must have been hard work.Jan - June Grocery spends = £531.61
July - Grocery spends = £119.54
Aug - Grocery spends = £42.190
