Morning all,
Managed to run after all yesterday. My knee is ok once it's warmed up. Thinking of investing in a knee support.
Welsh woofer, different challenges for me this year at Christmas . It's going to be a buffet type thing in Australia. So will have to try and make healthy choices.
Was really pleased yesterday. When we have family around my diet normally takes a back seat and I end up eating whatever everyone else is having but yesterday stuck to my plan and didn't over indulge.
Today off out with dh to work so
B cereal and fruit
L a LF sand which
D salad with fish and pasta
Also going to run for half an hour later. I have discovered I enjoy running in the dark:D
Anyway have been up since 5 after dropping mum and dad at the airport so will probably be tired all day. Have a healthy day all xStarted Self Managed DMP 10th May 2017.

Morning all
Been AWOL from the forum this weekend, the laptop broke, hubsy has managed to fix it as a temporary measure, but its going to need to go the the fixing shop. Keep your fingers crossed, or it will have to be a begging letter to Santa. Not sure how much I'll get on over the next few days, will have to try and use my phone.
Diet wise wasnt great over the weekend, I've lost 1 1/2 stones so far and feeling so much happier and slimmer, but struggling a bit at the moment. I've got 1 stone to go, which I know is doable but need a big motivation kick. This pesky virus thing is still hanging around, I wonder if its that (?), thats making me feel so down.
Moan over and now some positive's.
Well done Welshwoofer :j:j:j, you are an inspiration.
Congratulations on the new job Theatregirl :T:T:T
Well done to all the other losers too, sorry I've forgotten the names already.
Todays plan
B: usual cereal and fruit
L: one toast, beans and l/o hm coleslawlf sausage roast with veg, cauli chese & green beans
S: today will be a healthy yoghurt and banana, lots of water
Ex: dog walking

Okay I am back from the depths of Wales (and thank you N2bT for doing the list for me ), I took the plunge and weighed in this morning

I think I will change it to maintaining now please if its not too much trouble?
Hope you had a fab time in Wales - the motherland........:D
Been on a course today with lunch thrown in - had a small portion of a beany bake thing (the veggie option) and some broccoli and a small dollop of mash. Then a sneaky small(ish) portion of an unidentifable dessert with a bit of custard:o
But I have decided I don't need a big tea so have just had a bagel with some philadelphia and will have some fruit later if hungry. Only exercise today is walking the dog for 40 mins - will take him for another 20 mins before the soaps.0 -

Evening everyone.
Keep forgetting to post, I get waylaid with so much stuff at the moment. Trying to keep on track and then I lose it again.
Pretty sure the overeating last week was completely down to my monthly as the last two days I havent wanted to over indulge too much - and when I have (only once tho) I get a really sick feeling followed by a upset stomach and well....its just not pleasant so think I'll be off my food for a while!
Went to see Skyfall this afternoon though, really enjoyed it but spent so much money when out - munchy expenses not that bad but the car parking was horrific!
Today's munchies then:
B - bowl of quakers microwave porridge
L- Chicken salad sandwich on malted bread, [STRIKE]a whole can[/STRIKE] quite a lot of pringles, chocolate chip cookie.
S - had a bar of galaxy chocolate (individual size) and several rich tea biscuits as they were dry and also helped with cravings.
D- not much as still feeling icky. Might have a sandwich later on if hungry.0 -
So why is it that when the scales finally show a downward trajectory "The Witch" starts to hover around on her broomstick? I hate being a woman somedays:(I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0
