I'm 5'5" and quite a sturdy build (never been a waif!) - wide shoulders and I used to think I had wide hips but they seem to have shrunk !
I'm now a size 10 in any shop and can sneak into the odd size 8 top. I weigh less now than I have at any time in my adult life.:D
My feet have shrunk by half a size too! My rings are too big and I've had to make more holes in my watch strap - its the little things like that you don't think about.

Just need to find a way to not "be on a diet" but not put wieght back on now. Will keep up the exercise and try to be sensible with food.

A little bit of me wants to lose 2 more lbs to make it a nice round 2 stone but I think if I do that its not going to make any real difference to my shape/size and I'm in danger of obsessing over it.

Any advice on maintaining your weight would be appreciated!
  • Evening ladies and germs,
Sorry for not posting sooner -my laptop was having issues loading the forums this morning!

Won't bore you with the mealplan of the day, still having trouble cutting back so I have decided from today (Friday) to eat little and often, so I will be spacing my meals out and having four little portions of food, rather than three scheduled(ish) mealtimes. Hopefully this will cut out me wanting to snack so much. :)

Anyway, this week I have STS again and will try to be good with my calories. :)

Oh, and in other news....re: my interview from last week? The outcome that was postponed....well I just heard back this evening...

    Morning all :)

Well done on the losses, especially WelshWoofer - you star!

I can report -1, thank god. I waited to weigh until today...all week I was weighing each day and was -2, until Friday when I weighed in and was +2!! I COULDN'T have gained 4 lbs in one day so I tried again this morning. Still a bit fed up though as it would have been nice to lose the 2lbs I gained last week and all week it looked as though I would.

Never mind, onwards and upwards, 5 weeks to go!
