    2lb loss for me pls Dragon. Hoping that puts me back on track to hit my target.

    B: usual hf cereal and fruit
    L: ? as going christmas shopping
    D: fish, sweet potato chips, peas & green beans
    S: fruit, yoghurt
    Ex: virus finally gone so lots of dog walking (5 miles)

    Hi everyone,

    Despite having to have a large rum n coke following quite simply the worst ever parent's evening, I'm pleased to report a 0.5lb loss this week :j

    This brings me to my 5lb target, so if okay with you Mrs Dragon I'd like to change my target to 8lb loss before Christmas.

    I have a busy weekend as my friend has a big birthday tomorrow which involves a hog roast and no doubt a fair bit of alcohol :o

    Food today:

    B - an apple, cup of tea, ww toast with philli light
    L - in London today for a meeting so ??
    D - 2 sausages, mini roasties, veg (to be bought later today)
    S - tbd

    Sorry it's a bit woolly today - my meeting has been pushed back and I'm not sure what/when I'll be able to grab a bite to eat.

    Morning all,

    Please to report a 2 lb weight loss this week:D I am exactly 2 stone lighter than when I started back in April. So 2 stone to go to my goal.
    Managed a thirty minute run last night and managing to run further and faster every time.
    Today I need a rest from the running. Have run every day since last Saturday so going to give my legs a rest. Will be back running tomorrow though as its helping my weight loss so much.
    Food wise today will be a bit different as I am out in town so the plan is
    B nothing I didn't have time
    L a LF bagel with lettuce, turkey and cranberry and a coffee
    D salad fish and 40g pasta
    Snacks will be a couple of glasses of wine as its Friday

    Very happy with my self. Checking my diary, I see I have now lost 1/2 stone since August - most of that time not really concentrating. It's only when I pitched in with you lovely people that I got my head in gear!!:T

    b- porridge & prunes
    l- 3 small slices seedy bread with lf hummus, lf choc mousse, wafer bar,
    d- I really have no idea what it's going to be!! Despite going shopping on Wednesday, I don't seem to have anything for dinner! I don't want to get fish & chips but think I might have to!:eek:

    Morning all

    Im STS (i think lol) ive lost the plot so my weight today is 9st 12lbs which I think is the same as when I last weighed 2 weeks ago :think:.

    Dragon Ill declare a STS please

    Today:

    B: 2 wm toast, butter and 1/2 tin beans
    S: banana
    L: 1 wm roll with dairylea and cheese, apple satsuma
    S: have got a pear, satsuma and some nuts so these/combo of these
    T: HM chicken curry and HM chickpea curry

    I really really really need to go swimming but i really really really CBA!!!!! Can someone please give me some motivation!!
    O/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)

    d- cheese & bacon cannoloni stuff with extra chopped bacon.

    Aw thanks Molly! :) hopefully I'll be able to pop on next week and report a 7//8lb (or 9-10lb :eek: ) loss ;).

    I weighed myself this morning, and I'm pleased to say I've only gained about 11lbs in total since I fell pregnant, mostly from posting here and trying not to eat for 2, so thanks guys :D I'll be back in the New Year to continue my weight loss efforts as I'm being a bridesmaid next September!

    Erm, Dragon? Hello :) I'm back but with good news of a 3lb loss over the last 3 weeks...so i can have some smiley faces woo hoo :)
