Evening all.
Had a bit of a tizz this morning over one thing and another (long story) so didnt get my lie in due to stupid phone ringing off the hook three times lol. Had a nap after lunch for three hours  so must have needed it!
Looking forward to bargain hunting tomorrow, just been using up things again today.
Mum asked me if I wanted chocolate this afternoon after lunch, and when she didnt see any of my chocolate in the cupboard where we keep sweet things (she's a Mars/Nestle gal and I'm more for Cadburys) she asked me when I last ate chocolate?
Other than a individual bar of galaxy from DM's stash last Thursday I have racked my brain but I cant remember, think it might have been last Saturday - thats five days I went without proper chocolate! (WW chocolate mini rolls dont count!) :rotfl:
Then she bought in a chocolate doughnut for me from the kitchen (fresh this morning from M&S). Honestly, it has been MONTHS since I ate a doughnut! It was SO nice. :A

Morning all,
Bit hungover but last night wasn't too bad food wise.
Chose a salad starter, then chicken with veg and just a couple of new potatoes, pudd was a crumble with not a lot of crumble, mainly poached fruit. Unfortunately there was a different glass of wine with each course so I have a banging head. Never mind, we really liked our dd new bf so all good.
Today will be going out for a run with oh and eating healthy food. My meal plan is
B bacon sandwich on milk roll bread
L fruit and yoghurt
T salad with fish and 40g pasta
I went out in a new size 12 dress last night, and felt fab really motivated me to keep going. Have a good day all xStarted Self Managed DMP 10th May 2017.

Morning all
Just taken a look in the freezer and somehow I've let the bread build up, don't know why I've been buying it as I know it makes me feel bloated so will take the rolls, pockets etc to DD for DGD's school lunches when I go to visit her on Tues. Back to the cracker bread, I like it so goodness knows why I was spending money on the doughy stuff!
B - spicy, fruity porridge with the last scraping of clotted cream. Back to sk milk tomorrow
D - Sausage, bacon, mushrooms, onion, egg and a small jacket
T - 3 Crackerbread spread with rf yogurt and 1xvegemite, 1xprawns, 1xscrape of raspberry jam
S - orange, nana, kiwi, apple
it's not raining here for a change, hope y'all have a sunny day0 -
Good morning everyone.
Weighed myself and I have lost 2lb.:):) I am delighted as I know I have cut down but have not deprived myself of treats etc.
I am finding this thread so much help. So thank you to everyone that posts. Very inspiring indeed.
Yesterday all good didnt get a chance to list menu but instead of a Chinese takeaway of noodles and sweet sour sauce and giant glass of Fanta. I made some spaghetti with home made sauce of mushrooms onions peppers and added some sweet chilli sauce. It was delicious and will do make something similar again next weekend.
I have to confess that I had a nibble of leftovers of eldest sons plate ... a couple of spoonfuls ... and do you know afterwards I felt bloated. So I do know that takeaways are not good for me so have to limit them.
Early breakfast 7.30 am w/m toast and banana
visited my old mam....2 slices of gorgeous fruit loaf and flora(delicious)
Lunch.........................w/m bread onion, tomato sandwich with fruit.
Dinner.........................spaghetti chilli as shown above.

Today menu is as follows
2 slices w/m bread toasted with banana
lunch....tuna sandwich with onion and tomato + fruit
dinner....chicken fillet oven chips homemade peas and salad.
