welcome stardrops
evening everyone else!
went for my team leader training this evening; everything quite straight forward, there were 3 of us internal applicants and 2 newbies, so we were just given a tour, talked through a few things, fire evacuations and emergencies etc, signed a new temporary contract (pay rise for 6 weeks, YAY)! All quite basic and I have a list of Team Leader duties to read through, it's got 35 bullet points but number 35 is "go home" :rotfl:
I'm on TL for the first time on the second evening of the panto - with another guy who's been TLing for a little while now, so he'll be around to show me the ropes. I'm always with a cashier anyway and the current TL's are being trained up to be cashiers - so there'll always be someone to support me.
Anyhoo, enough of my rambling lol.
mealplan for today:
b- cheese on 2 slices w/m toast.
l- remaining chicken goujons, 1/8th of a pepperoni pizza.
d- uncle bens microwave rice, beef chili enchilada, small white roll
s- banana, cadbury buttons yoghurt, iced finger doughnut, small bar of turkish delight.
not sure that I'll be able to post tomorrow; have more training 12-5pm and then a friend coming over for chinese takeaway and we're going to try and make cocktails....lol.0 -

Hi Folks,
A lovely sunny morning here just hope it lasts, unfortunately I won’t be able to get out and enjoy it till later – got my brother & new girlfriend coming for morning coffee – then I’m off to meet a friend at that well know garden centre chain and yes I do have the will-power to resist their selection of cakes etc anyway they are far too expensive.
Todays meal =
B – Boiled egg, toasty soldiers
L – Smoked sausage salad
D – Tamarind Chicken, and some sort of veg – I’ll decide later, but I may try a courgette dish I saw Jamie do the other week on his 15min meals.
Hope your feeling better soon Dragon, I've managed to avoid the seasonal germs.....so far....but will be starting some preventative administrations soon, just in case.Jan - June Grocery spends = £531.61
July - Grocery spends = £119.54
Aug - Grocery spends = £20.630 -
