    Agree Coxy, some of us have no idea how fortunate we are.
    Thanks Dragon for doing the list even though you've not been 100%
    Belated well done on TL theatregirl, you'll be steaming ahead now. Love BP 35 :)

    B - F&F, sk milk
    L - at DD's, she made delicious seeded wholemeal bread sandwiches with cheesy coleslaw, no butter/spread needed
    D - salmon/prawns parcel - in foil with a little lf spread, black pepper and lemon juice, jacket, broad beans
    S - apple, nana, orange, grapes
    E - as per Sundays post (tbka 5410 in future :))

    Just wanted to report a 1 1/2 pound loss this morning before I leave for work. Today's menu is still undecided, will catch up later:D

    Okay have added you to the challenge stardrops42 (we normally weigh in on a Friday for the challenge - so as you started yesterday keep a track until Friday please ;))

    Im in major panic mode!!!! :eek: I brought a size 10 w*rehouse dress off ebay (new with tags) and although I can get it on I look AWFUL in it- think sausage and skin!!! :eek: I have another size 10 w*rehouse dress that fits ok but due to the style of the new one the new one doesnt!!

    Its for my xmas works party 2 weeks this Saturday!!! I think if I could lose 4/5lbs it would be okay- do i try or admit defeat now and get something else?!!!
    O/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)

    Hmm could you wear the dress that fits if you don't fit into the new one? Otherwise yes get a new dress BUT try and get into the one with tags as well!

    I'm in the "forward thinking" camp - be positive - you got into the dress but would a good foundation garment help - you know the one that Gok promotes for smoothing down lines and sucking you in ;)

    Food was okay for me today :)

    b - fruit and fibre breakfast biscuits
    l - carrot and coriander soup, mince pie
    d - spaghetti with tomatoes, capers and anchovies, rocky bar

    I love mince pies - why are they so high in fat?! Fingers crossed for a loss this week :)

    Poor Mrs Dragon, hope you're feeling better now

    SSM, will you feel comfortable if the dress only fits okay? I'd try it with the underpinnings on but go with what makes you feel confident

    I had such a bad eating but good times weekend but I have been back on track this weekend! Even the biscuit tin at work holds no temptation for me!!

    b- porridge & prunes
    l- ryvita and philly, apple, half a lf choc mousse
    d- jacket pot, baked beans, sausage, small slice left-over grasshopper pie!

    L: Soup, yogurt, pear
    D: Sausage & Onion in gravy, mash, broccoli :whistle: (soooooo nice:p)
    S: 1 x weetabix


    Snacks: banana, yogurt x 2, kitkat, crisps

    Been a bit naughty today me thinks:o
    Feb GC £80 per week (Well I'm gunna try:whistle:)
    Diet starts today(31/12/16)! Only 18lbs to lose:eek:

    4/2/16 - 13lbs to lose:D
    11/2/16 - 12lbs to lose:D
    3/3/16 - 11lbs to lose:D
