I've been popping by occasionally, but just thought I'd stick my ore in to say congratulations LittleMoog! It's a lovely name (it means sun ray, but I'm sure you know that!) I hope you are well after the CS!

    Good morning all,

Good day yesterday. Managed to stick to my food plan and avoid snacking.
A day at home today as I'm waiting for my currency to be delivered:D

Will run later but might have to be on the treadmill as its very frosty here. Hopefully it will be better later as I much prefer to run outside.
    B toast and marmalade
L mousse and fruit with a Ww bar
    T salad fish and pasta

  • Morning Folks

Just a quick post this morning as I’m heading out – I needed to use up some lemons so I made lemon curd yesterday……oooh it’s lovely  I could just sit and eat it spoonful by spoonful out of the jar……very dangerous :naughty:, so I need to get rid of some of it – off to visit a friend and take a jar for her.

I now need to go shopping to replace the butter & eggs I used up making it - bang goes my grocery budget - would have worked out cheaper chucking the lemons in the bin

    Meals today =
    B – Toast & lemon curd :D
    L – Butternut Squash soup
D – Chorizo & Bean Stew, broccoli, green beans.

Well, I have to inform you all that as I sat down to sup my cuppa I split my trousers  I am blaming the very fact that I have my long johns on today, mind you. ;)

Hoping for 1lb of this weekend but I'm not hopeful as I've had my little ones off school for 3 days and not exercised anywhere near as much as I normally would.

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
