    Hi everyone

I was wondering if when you start your new challenge in January I could join you.

I lost 21lb in 2011 (through WW) and have put about 10lb of that on since. I don't want any more to creep back on.

I enjoyed WW but don't want to spend loads of ££ losing weight again. I know what to do and once I set my mind to it I can do it. Even more so if I can post on here and motivate people and they me!

Of course you can join in! We run each challenge for 12 weeks and all you need to do is let me know how much you hope to lose in that period and then start losing :D

    hello all

went to see the military tournament at earls court today, was absolutely fantastic, I would recommend it to anyone who wants to go and see it, just its a fair bit pricey even when you get inside the venue! just as well we took our own snacks and drinks really!

in other news, bit stressed tonight, and heading to bed in a sec, but I'll just pop down what I've eaten today :)

b- 2 rounds bacon sarnies (4 slices bread and 4 rashers bacon, oops lol)
l- nandos :D consisting of chicken burger + chips & coleslaw
d- cheesy enchilada wrap with handful of plain dorito chips and a squirt of sour cream dressing.
s- 6 chocolate hobnobs, bottle of apple/blackcurrant oasis, bag of maynards sours (shared with mum), mini pack Malteasers, mug of hot chocolate, 2 x tea :)

not the most brilliant day but still recovering from illness. will try harder tomorrow. x

Got you Mrs CD (oh and just to panic you all - 2 more weigh ins!)

I thought I would post my menu for today

    b - Tropical fruit salad
l - Spicy lentil soup (new recipe to us and it smells delish!) & wholemeal bap
s - wholemeal bap with egg and a scrape of mayonnaise
d - mushroom curry and rice (might be brown rice, depends which pan Dr Dragon makes the curry in! and again a new recipe to us but it is from Madhur Jaffrey's Curry Bible so should be a good one)

drinks - water, chamomile tea and probably some black tea and milk later on.

Depending on my calorie intake I might have some cheese and crackers with my last cuppa :D

  • Hello all
Had rather a busy last night and daytime today. Spent 2 hours decluttering my wardrobe last night, then got up late and went out to shops etc for a hour or so. After that had lunch and then got the Xmas decorations out. Have sifted through those and are eBaying the ones we dont want plus our old Christmas tree, will be nice if they sell, could use the money :)

    meals today then:
b- 2 slices toast with cheese.
l- 2 tortillas with dairylea x 2 triangles and salad (cucumber, radish, onion).
d- remaining parsnips and brussel sprouts in fridge with steak, onions and kidney (plain, no pastry for me!)
    t- cheese and crackers
s- cadbury button yoghurt, 2 chocolate coins, four spoonfuls ice cream (for sore throat), small bar chocolate with popping candy, chunky kitkat

just realised how much cheese/dairy & chocolate I have eaten today! Eep!!! Need to be better tomorrow!
