Will also be aiming for 7lb for the next challenge please Dragon, ashamed to say I weighed this morning and have put on a disgusting amount over the past week or so
so I've just had a good healthy shopping trip to start the ball rolling. Also I'm going to meet an email pal in May so I want to look my best for that.

Hi All,
Can I join you? I've had a rough couple of years and Ive been bottom of my priority list, but things are on the up and I've desided the new year is time to focus on me. I've booked a much needed hair appointment, and want to shift the weight that I've put on (4 stone:eek:) Looking to do it my self with exercise and healthy eating but could do with some support.:o0 -
Hi
Looking forward to getting back on track and losing some weight. Still loads of left overs in our house. Shall take the chocolates to work if they are still not eaten. The wine rack will be my downfall but I know what to do and what my limits are, regarding that.
Do we send you our weight losses each week via a message? So will weigh in day be a Saturday?

I will join you all too:j:j:j
Please put me down for 14 lbs from my starting weight today. That will include a few extras from Christmas too:eek::eek::eek:
I am literally craving salad atm so will plan to get some nice bits in my shopping with some prawns and avocado too - Yummy xxI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -

I was exactly the same with the salad - just had a massive plateful of lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, beetroot, pickled onions, new potatoes, a boiled egg, a little bit of left over quiche and an ounce of grated low fat cheese. Yummy!:)0 -

Re weight losses, post it on this thread, preferably in bold/coloured/large, so it stands out in any case (being a Dragon of Very Little Brain [to paraphrase A A Milne's Winne the Pooh!]), losses will show up on the list as(:p for a half pound) and gains *cough* as
(:o), this is the over all amount by the way - I will keep a running total, you just need to let me know the loss for that current week
