    Evening everyone,

Today has been a bad day food-wise. Had dinner at IL's house so somewhat governed by what they offered:

B - Cinnamon micro oats, tea
    S - 2 fingered kitkat, half a dozen mini choc donuts :o
L - HM curried parsnip soup, 1 x slice white bread, scraping of marg
D - Roast gammon, cauli cheese, red cabbage, peas, small jacket potato, plum crumble and custard :o
S - carrot sticks, tbsp houmous

Back on the wagon tomorrow hopefully :)

    Morning all,

Savesummore I know I feel luck:D so looking forward to the sunshine and having got down to a size 14 feel so much better about myself.
Great day yesterday, managed a nice long run.
Breakfast was poached egg, grilled bacon and then nothing because I was so busy until about 6 when I had a huge salad.
Also a big achievement was going to the pics to see Skyfall and not eating any rubbish. I can normally munch my way through a large bucket of popcorn and sweets on top.
Coxy I have a similar thing today as at mum and dads for lunch.
Will just have slice of toast for breakfast.
Lunch will be a roast lamb dinner but I will have just a couple of potatoes and mainly veg. And no pud
We normally eat about 3 Ish so don't usually want tea but will have a brew and a blue ribbon at supper time. Also hoping to run when we get back.
Have a great day all x

I'm going to try to get up to 50km walking/running on the 100 km challenge for November today - need to do about another 6km today to get there. Its mad really when you think about it, 50km is from Manchester to Liverpool!

Not a happy bunny 2lb up this week :-(
Finding living without a kitchen too easy an excuse to eat rubbish, plus been away with work. Throw in NO exercise and hardly surprising.

Not giving up though, next weeks weigh in WILL be better

    Hi Dragon
did ask in an earlier post if my goal post could be moved - can you put me down for 3/7 instead of 3/11 please? :)

while I'm here, got to share my fortune :) went shopping today and on the bread aisle I glanced over the reduced to see if there were any rolls I could buy to freeze - there weren't any but I saw this weightwatchers packet so I pulled it out and found it was the ww mini rolls I am so fond of and have switched to more recent.

Usually £1.00 in Tesco for a pack - I found eight packets, all reduced to 35p...so I bought the lot. Where I would have bought 8 for £8 - it was £2.80 for 8! They are all stacked up in the cupboard and should last me over a month! Although I was a bit naughty and shared a packet with Mum when we had a cup of tea lol.

b- quaker microwavable golden syrup porridge, made with milk, 2 x ww marshmallow wafers.
l - piece of hm mince pie (filling was l/o mixture from shepherds pie we had yesterday), pack of velvet crisps.
    d - 3 sausages, 2 mini aunt b's yorkshires, brussel sprouts
s- small block cheese, 3 x ww mini rolls (so yummy when theyre so cheap!), tea. :)
  • Hi Folks,

After an extreme CBA kind of day yesterday I woke this morning feeling much more energetic, positive and motivated – time to shake off this hibernation mode I seem to have fallen into. Nipped out to @ldi for some F&V so well stocked for my meals for the next 2 weeks.

In an attempt to come in under my GC budget I’m hoping not to go near a supermarket this week but in the event that I have to…..I will walk…..that would be 5-6 miles round trip and it’s all uphill on the return – that should either put me off or help with the weight-loss, so it can only be win, win :D.

    Todays Menu =
B – Boiled Egg, slice toast
L – Leek and Potato Soup
D – Jerk Turkey Steak, roasted red onions & butternut squash.

Oh Er Dragon - just noticed the "raspberry blower" next to my name on the list - N2BT wanders off muttering I will have a smiley next week....I will....I WILL!!

B: 2 raser bacon, 1 egg scrambled, 2 toast with butter 1/4 tin beans
    S: 1 single chocolate
L: porridge with banana and squeeze honey
T: me and OH just been to our local pub which is owned by Indians and the food there is 'home cooked' and amazing :D I had 3 fanta zero pop's :T buuuuuuuttttt then i had a huge chicken tikka wrap :o:eek:

I havent been swimming again today I just cant get back into the groove
