Oh theatregirl some people are so annoying! I always wonder what theatre you work at as we go to the theatre in London a lot
(don't worry I'm not asking) I will keep fingers crossed you get the job.
Thanks.Oh, and let's just say I wouldn't be surprised if the Wombles showed up to see a performance :rotfl:

A STS for me this week which is really no more than I deserve!
Next week starts here. I've already started adjusting portion sizes downwards and will carry on focussing this week
TG, what a pain about the job interview situation!
N2BT, Good luck with your visitor!
Sparrer, I always eat less when I'm with my slin friend as it feels wrong to dig in to a cake when she's not!
Right, off to set up the room for my oldies Jazzercise class. Maybe if I join in that'll help me out!0 -
well done to everyone -
thanks sparrer for the recipe, I've got the spices and oats but nofruit (organisaed the larder and any dried fruit was instantly snaffled by dd)
yesterday my cauliflower cheese lunch was substituted for a gingerbread man that a colleague brought in for each of us, and I finished the pate and celery instead of eating the pork and courgettes.
I've lost 1 lb - am now 186 which I think takes me "down" to "only" 2lbs up on where I started 3 weeks ago ( )
still at least I am going back in the right direction, but not sure I'm going to get anywhere near that target....:AA/give up smoking (done)0 -
Im gonna mis again this week. I have no idea what is happening with my body so will have a good week, try not to fret and see how things are next week. Well done to those with losses and STSs and for those who are struggling - hey it is another day and another week - head down and plod on!!I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -
TG, what a pain about the job interview situation!
Tell me about it! I sent work an email just now to ask if they know when the outcome will be listed since deadline has been extended. Will keep you lovely people posted.
while I'm here, might as well jot down my mealplan for today since I didnt get around to it last post (all of about 5 posts ago lol). using up quite a lot of things to get rid of them and create some space in the fridge!!
b- half grapefruit (to use up), 1 slice wm bread (the bread is finished! woohoo!! onto the rolls in the freezer now!).
l - 2 hard boiled eggs, l/o salad (from previous 2 days lol).
d- ww ready meal, the piri piri chicken one which looks interesting.
s- 1/4 piece of blackberry & apple pie (to finish it up), ww jaffa cake mini rolls x 2
Edit: Dragon, would you mind if I changed my overall goal? I'm aware I'm trying to do too much too soon in a short space of time and I need to get refocused.
If that's okay I'll like to change it to 7lbs total loss (instead of 11lbs)0 -
Agree, what a pain TG.
I have another STS - so annoying but I am getting bored at work and gone back to snacking which is not good.
have a good weekend0 -
N2BT, Good luck with your visitor!
I make no apologies for how I treated it – a bit of hot water and bleach, not very MSE I know, but I'm very particular about who’s allowed in my bath and he/she isn't one of them :rotfl:Jan - June Grocery spends = £531.61
July - Grocery spends = £119.54
