Evening All
I've not been posting much this week, mainly because I've been overeating like mad and now have to confess I have put on 2lb. It's not surprising as I've been having such delights as bars of chocolate every night, fried egg sandwiches, toast dripping with butter and lots of cream. I was tempted to drop out if the challenge but am going to keep going - otherwise it will just get worse.

:TWell done on keeping going!! Its such a tough time of year!! I know im strugglingO/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)0 -

Hello
Please may i comeback into the fold? I've been totally ignoring this challenege but as i know i've put weight on(dare not weigh myself but tummy wobbling more and clothes feeling tighter) i feel i need your help again. For some reason since my DD was born 2.5yrs ago now i've developed a really sweet tooth, before i used to be a crisps girl maybe every couple of days but now i seem to be craving stodgy sweet things everyday, going to try and curb this and cut down on the boozr over the next week.0 -
Have been really busy this week and so haven't posted much but I have lost 1 lb!!! Its seems like ages since the scales have gone done, been stuck for ages! Have now lost 25lbs and only have 1 lb to go to the elusive 9 and a half stone.:j
Am off on a sort of "date" for the first time in years next weekend and so feel much better about myself now - can I get the last pesky pound off before then (not that it would make a difference to the way I look but may boost my confidence a bit).;)
Dresses - I think I'd get a 14 and do my best to get in it but also have a 16 on stand by and get it taken in if I slimmed past it. Could you do this maybe?0 -
Morning all,
Can I join you? I post On the daily but I am sure the lovely people on there are sick of my weight ups and downs.
Anyway I started losing in April loosely following the Ww plan but fitting in with my old style way of cooking.
So far I have lost 25 lb and gone from a size 18 to a 14
Had a bit of a breakthrough yesterday I tried some size 14 jeans on in Mr A and they weren't stretchy. Fitted perfectly yay I can't tell you how chuffed I felt.
I'm off to Australia at Christmas for my sons wedding so this was my initial motivation, still a good 2 stone to go but I'm almost half way there and feel so much better about exposing my wobbly flesh in the sunshine.
It's funny cos although the wedding was my first motivation I now feel like its something I am doing for me and even thinking I will continue to walk run and swim over there so maybe I will come back a little lighter (although the socialising may well combat this)
Today's plans include a visit to the cinema to see Skyfall, a real dangerous place for me as I am used to eating my way through a movie. Will take some low fat treats.
Otherwise plan to run and do my usual 20 mins on the wii
Hope you all have a good day.Started Self Managed DMP 10th May 2017.

Have a good and safe day0 -
Gah, yesterday I forgot to take my before work snack with me - ended up buying a ginsters sausage roll in Sainsbobs - I'd nipped in to see if I could use my 75p off coupon on Dettol handwash but they didnt have any. To be fair it was really lovely, havent eaten a sausage roll in over a month!
In other news, and something I forgot to mention previously - I put my waistcoat on for work at the beginning of the week and was surprised when it buttoned straight up. It's a size 16, and slightly fitted, so mid Sept when I started this challenge I had to really stretch it to get into it. This last week - no more stretching it!
so mealplan for today
b- oatibix cereal with ss milk, hard boiled egg chopped, in a brown roll.
l- pepperoni calzone - really dont have anything in the house so I will be pulling that out of the freezer, its been in there 2 months!
d- shepherd's pie with half a large tin of sweetcorn
s- ww carrot cake mini slices x 20 -

Afternoon All
It's been a horrid wet day here. I was up early to go running but we called it off as it was pouring down. So I've done loads of housework instead, including washing kitchen and bathroom floors on hands and knees. I've also done washing, ironing and sorting clothes out for the charity shop so feel quite pleased with myself. OH went out at 9 and probably won't be home till I've gone to work so I've been keeping busy in a way that doesn't involve too much cooking or eating! (Thanks for the encouragement Savesummore).
B: 2 boiled eggs chopped with salt, pepper and butter.
L: Red pepper softened in the microwave then filled with a mixture of sauteed red onion, mushroom, garlic, HG winter leaves and parsely and a smidgeon of creme fraiche, topped with grated cheese and grilled for 10 minutes. Raspberries with Greek yoghurt.
T: (Pack up for work) Prawn mayonnaise salad - with mixed leaves, seeds, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and beetroot. HM chocolate mousse.
Exercise: Walk to work. Lots of housework
