Evening all
I really need to see some more smiley faces! I have tried very hard this weekend - except when I was ambushed by my baby brother!
yesterday
b- 2 crumpets, spread & marmelade, oj
l- toasted cheese sarnie
d- chili con carne ready meal as Mr Sezza wrecked all my plans byt wanting to eat at 5pm as he was going out! I wasn't ready to eat then so I had something later while I watched Strictly
s- Can't remember all of them but think I wasn't too bad
e- long walk with dog, chasing dog after he ran away from Mr Sezza and had to be tempted home with ham!:j
Today
b- 2 crumpets with choccy philly (so wrong but so right!!)
l- pitta with turkey slices and salad, rocky bar
d- mango chicken with rice, small bread pudding (was planned for yesterday!)
s- big fat hot chocolate with cream, sprinkles, marshmallows and hot choc!!! Not my fault honest! I bumped into my brother and he made me have it!:rotfl:
e- doggy walk this morining and evening, Remembrance Parading this afternoon!0 -

Evening all
B - spicy fruity porridge
D - ham, 2 eggs, chips in a pub when visiting DM today. Ham very salty, eggs dry, chips very dry and floury so very little got eaten. Needed something to fill the gap so DM and I shared a maple syrup waffle and ice cream. The waffle was just like eating rock hard crust of bread (obviously reheated too long in a mw) so we only managed to break off a corner and just had a mouthful each. Not the most success meal we've had!
T - not long back so will have a small cup of leek and potato soup and maybe a tomato sandwich shortly
S - melon, plums
E - slow walk round Henley and a browse in the shops with DM holding onto my arm
Sweet dreams0 -
Hello! I'm going to join if that's okay!
I'm trying to reduce the food shop cost as well as lose weight, so...
Breakfast: Kelloggs all bran with semi skimmed milk
Lunch: Boiled bacon, cabbage, green beans, peas, carrots, pease pudding with gravy
Tea: Carrot and Coriander soup.
We went for a 50 minute walk too after dinner0 -

Morning everyone
Thanks for all the advice about the dresses. I have decided to keep two of them in a 16 (boo I never thought I'd be a size 16) because even if I lose weight between now and Christmas, I will be wearing them after the excesses of Christmas week eating!
I had a VERY naughty weekend (as usual) although I did do a lot of exercise including formal Wii exercise and most of the day yesterday moving furniture around which was extremely energetic.
Anyway, I am properly ready to start again today and I am sitting here with my hot water and lemon (it probably doesn't have any health benefits but I think it helps psychologically to get me in the right frame of mind!) and I will make vegetable soup later for lunches.
I WILL be better!0 -
Good morning all,
Managed to jog on the spot and do 60 press ups whilst watching I'm a Celebrity:j
I have found that if I can't get out and run I have to fit some kind of exercise in somewhere somehow. Anyway weigh in tomorrow so fingers crossed.
Today brunch will be 2 eggs 3 small slices of bread and tea. I've started eating this about 11 and it seems to do for breakfast and lunch and keeps me full until tea time, I usually have some fruit and yoghurt mid afternoon.
Need to nip out to the Trafford Centre tonight so will have tea out but I usually try and go for a warm salad.
Will pop in laterStarted Self Managed DMP 10th May 2017.

Hello everyone,
A somewhat exhausting weekend here; sensible eating suffered for it on Saturday but managed one sort-of healthy option yesterday:
Saturday:
B - 2 x wm toast, butter, marmite, tea as usual.
Rest of day - 3 x meat tapas, some grapes, lots of tea, lots of water.
Sunday:
B - 2 x wm toast, butter, marmite, tea.
L - Nothing except tea; too busy.
D - Mushrooms, green beans, asparagus, baked sweet & normal potato with hm pepper sauce.
S - Half a dozen mini choccy eggs.0 -
