Afternoon all
Absolutely CHUCKED it down here overnight!!! This afternoon it's very grey and dismal indeed, and we'll probably have more rain later.
Re: friend from yesterday's post - she is now about 10st lighter after chucking her ex out and taking his keys off him. Very proud of her for doing the right thing
mealplan for myself then
b - a yummy lie in
l - mini fry up; 2 sausages, 3 rashers bacon, scrambled egg, mushrooms, slice of bread.
d- roast beef, mini yorkshire (aunt b's), runner beans, parsnips.
s- half pack of wafer biscuits (whoops), ww mini jaffa roll, pack of monster munch pickled onion crisps.
the beef is a massive joint we were saving for Xmas but we'll never eat it now since we'll be out of the country for the Dec holiday season - we have a whole duck for new year in the freezer anyway that DM got on reduced months back.
In a side note, have put our bunnies on a diet as of this morning. Is anyone here familiar with young bunnies, as our smallest is 6 months old and his companion is about 1 year older or so. Warning: TMI coming up - obviously we can give them the same fibre feed (its about 8% or so) but can't really give him veggies at his age - when we do his poop comes out yucky! If anyone has any ideas or knowledge let me know0 -

Tomorrow is another day - Today hasn’t worked out quite how I planned, got the soup on and was about to start my shred session when my neighbour arrived – she had returned from visiting a friend and was accidently locked out of her house by her daughter – so instead of exercising I spent a couple of hours drinking tea and chatting with her.
Mushroom Curry turned out rather interesting – it was edible (will have to be as I’ve got 2 more portions left!!) but don’t think I will make that particular recipe again.Jan - June Grocery spends = £531.61
