Sorry I'm running late Dragon. I haven't been weighed on the Wii this week, but my ancient scales upstairs tell me I've STS but I'm not sure how accurate they are.

. However, having catered for 150 at church at lunchtime, an 'express' recipe is definitely called for!

Arggggghhh! Hope you had some help!:) We do this once a year at our church anniversary for around 90 or so, for tea and supper, but there are 8 or 9 of us to do it.

Hope the new job is all you hoped it would be and you've enjoyed your first day. :)

    Morning all! Its freezing here.

Last day of my half term hols - its gone way too quickly.
Need to do some cleaning and tidying and general Sunday faffing about and a few hours of schoolwork.

Will also go for a little run - just shorter dog walks today, 100km is a very long way for 4 little legs so he gets a day off every now and then:) Hoping to get over the 20km accumulative distance today (day 4).

Food today will probably revolve around 3 bean enchiladas for tea and a bagel for lunch with fruit and snacks thrown in for good measure.
I'm also going to do an abs buster DVD - want to tighten up the belly region, its not that flabby anymore but could be more toned.

Oh dear……it’s Baltic here this morning, a heavy frost during the night but the sun is trying hard to work its magic – can’t decide whether to hang out washing - don’t want it freezing on the line.

Have done my mini work out already – 15mins Abs, been such a long time since I’ve done this I’d forgotten how much it improved my posture, will try and fit in a shred session later on. Then I won’t feel so bad about the breakfast I’ve just had - Bacon and egg in a ciabatta roll.
L - am going to make a batch of butternut squash soup bought 2 on aldi super 6 offer

Me too, also got some of the mushrooms think I might try making a curry with them as I’m getting fed up of Risotto and Stroganoff.

Morning everyone, hope you are all having a great weekend.

Induction day at new job yesterday. Why are training rooms so awful - no windows and stale air. Felt like my head was splitting in two by the time I left. Saw Skyfall afterwards tho' so every cloud :D

    Yesterday's food:

B - cinnanom micro oats, ss milk, tea
L - ww bread x 2, cheese, scraping of mayo, ryvita minis, 1 pink n white, tea
D - nandos chicken pitta, fries, half portion coleslaw, diet coke

I'm on shift today 2-10pm with a half hour break. Thinking of taking some tuna pasta with me for 'dinner'. Raining very hard here so expect the store will be very busy.

I am making the hairy bikers one with carrots and parsnips although I fear it maybe alittle sweet- would anyone have any suggestions what I can add to it to cut the sweetness?
