Afternoon All
Not surprisingly I have STS this week, I’m just glad to have gotten away with that. Unfortunately I didn’t help me make any sensible choices whilst out for lunch, the restaurant offered soup either as a starter sized portion or a main course portion as I didn’t want to eat too much bread I opted for the main course portion…..well… the bowl was about the size of a mixing bowl  and there must have been about 1 litre of soup in it, needless to say I couldn’t finish it.
B – Yoghurt & pureed pineapple
L – ¾ litre of Cullen Skink Soup
D – Not fit for anything at the moment – but may have a boiled egg later.Jan - June Grocery spends = £531.61
July - Grocery spends = £119.54
Aug - Grocery spends = £42.190 -
Hi everyone,
Food today:
B - 2 x ww danish, scraping of marg, mushrooms cooked in fry light
L - Cafe ner0 with MIL - carrot & coriander soup, ciabatta, water
S - 2 x pink and white
D - scampi, hm mini roasties, peas
Not too bad, just got to resist having the munchies at 9pm!
Thank you to Aldahbra for kicking me into touch. I will make a healthy sandwich/snack tonight, to take with me tomorrow. No point getting a Christmas job only to spend unnecessarily whilst doing it

Hello Folks, :hello:
Well I did a bit better yesterday - actually cooked a proper meal (finishing off the contents of the fridge before replenishing today).
Yesterday:
B - 2 x wm toast, butter, marmite, tea.
L - Tea, handful of choccy covered cranberries
D - Chicken, cashew-nut & mango stir-fry with tamari, oyster mushrooms and dry-roasted wedges.
Today:
B - 2 x wm toast, butter, marmite, tea.
L - Tea, 2 x ginger biscuits
D - Pork chop, small baked spud, asparagus & pepper sauce (made with skimmed milk).
No other snacks bar about five cups of tea both days, and lots of spring water..
Dragon the scales were flashing between 74.5 & 75kg this morning, which I think is less than I reported a couple of weeks ago (sorry can't remember). Better call it 75kg.(Erm, but it's a different set of scales of course).

1lb on this week. Hardly surprising as I have not stuck to any sort of plan or healthy eating method
It has got to change tomorrow!
I am not going to post my food today. Enough to say that lunch out, cake and chips have factored in!
I did take the dog for a nice ramble today!
