And so I've found one! (Stolen from myfitnesspal).
Its November tomorrow and I've decided that I'm setting myself a challenge - to run and walk a minimum 100 km in November.
Thats approx 60 miles. Sounds like loads but if you break it down to a day at a time its only just over 2 miles a day. I may even up it a bit to make it a bit more challenging.
If I'm making the effort to do this I'll hopefully be less inclined to scoff rubbish (today has been fine so far, feel like I've taken myself in hand a bit with a stern talking to!).
So here goes ...
I'll update daily and see how quickly I can get there!
What a fantastic idea. I've been on myfitnesspal too but haven't seen this. I'm going to have a go and see if I can do it too.
I'm reported a STS for this weekand despite what I said to everyone last week, when you've been getting up at 05:30 to go to boot camp twice a week then a STS seems a bit like a failure.
I've started using myfitnesspal, been rubbish at reporting in the last 3 days - too many distractions in half term. But I'm still looking for buddies myfitnesspal if anyone is interested."Never ascribe to malice that which is adequately explained by incompetence."Weight loss challenge:j: week 1~ Napoleon Bonaparte

Declutter June: 0/100

Do you know, I may join you WelshWoofer and Aldahbra, except I think 100km is a bit much for me - I don't (can't!) run so it would just be walking. But I might try for 50 in November (may sound pathetic but it would be a huge increase on what I do now!). Can I join you in your challenge?0

Morning everyone,
My first weigh-in this morning. Please to report a 1.5lb loss for this week. Very pleased to be off the mark. Must keep the focus this weekend - I start a Christmas job at 'shoes' tomorrow, with an induction day, then first shift 2-10pm Sunday  Will probably end up with an own-brand meal deal of some sort.
Thinking of those who are unwell or under stress, and sending (((hugs)))
Will be back later to report food for the day.
