Evening everyone,
Sending (((hugs))) to all who need them.
I had my elderly Aunt and Uncle visiting today, so had lunch out. Then the children had a hallowe'en party at a local hall. They had a few snacky bits there, but by the time we left (7pm) it was a little late to cook, so I got them some saveloy and chips from the chip shop
B - 2 x crumpets, scraping of marg, scraping of hedgerow jam
L - Jacket potato, plain tuna, salad
D - a few chip shop chips
S - 2 x choc biscs, slice of hm lemon cake
Have a busy day tomorrow catering for a function at church. Hope I don't get too tempted to sample the food!
Have a good evening all

Evening everyone,
Just quickly checking in to update as per last post
Had a fairly productive day at work, more mentally than physically though - because the theatre I work at is closed pretty much between tomorrow and Sunday we are running down the stock for the time being so I had to be uber organised and let our managers know that some stock was out of date/going to be out of date by next week.
anyhoo, this still involved a fair bit of trekking around, up and down stairs, all very active.
b- 2 slices wm toast with cheese.
l- waitrose hoisin duck wrap (393 cals), pack of velvet crisps (84 cals), galaxy bar.
d- had a rice + chicken dish in wagamamas, was very spicy and nice, plus 4 hoisin duck wraps and 2 very mini bbq chicken wings. glass of wine
s - ww chocolate mini roll. pancakes with berries + sauce in o'neills (pub) after dinner.0 -
Good morning everyone,
Am strongly resisting the urge to get on the scales before Friday. Have not been very naughty food-wise since arriving here but still feel like Mr Blobby - the effect of eating white bread with every meal 'on the road' - but if I've not lost this week, think I'll have to go back to a strict exclusion diet again to discover what else I've become intolerant to.(Bl**dy ME!).
B - 2 x wm toast, butter, marmite. 2 x Tea.
L - Small baked potato with Parmesan sprinkle, baked sausage (leftovers). 2 x Tea.
D - Hot tomato juice with cheese croutons.
S - Handful of choccy covered cranberries (out of the xmas stash). An orange (scrumped). Spring water (lots).
E - Managed to walk nearly a mile but that's not as good as it sounds because Clever Dog had to pull me (ME again).
All tea with skimmed milk and a quick glimpse of the sugar spoon.
Oh, forgot to add to Tuesday's list; a large Baileys.0 -
It's going to be a difficult day today as I'm spending the day at my sister's. I don't know what we're eating but I do know that I will have to make some decent choices re: amounts I consume.

Its the 1st of November (officially winter in my book) and the start of the 100km challenge for me. Thankfully its dry so far so I won't have any problems getting out and about - will have to bite the bullet and get on with it when it is raining though.
Just weighed (thought I'd start afresh from today, sorry Dragon for messing up the system, will report it as my weigh in tomorrow) and somehow have managed to stay the same:j I genuinely though I'd be a ton heavier this week, but no, the gods of the scales have been kind.:rotfl: Thats incentive enough to get a grip on things again and think of the recent blip as a narrow escape.
So today's plan is to get out and about and start the walking/running challenge, do a couple of hours schoolwork (abandoned this yesterday), do a hair and face mask later and get the car hoovered (its filthy after the dog's latest walks). I'm also going to make a nice sensible tea and try to stick to my cals. I feel loads better about myself today and feel like I'm back on track - maybe I just needed a couple of days off work and for the hormones to subside? Thank you half term!0 -

WW, I've done the same in terms of weighing in today, as I weighed on a Thursday last week since I was away on Friday morning. I think I will do this in future (but still report on Friday!) as for me, Thursday is still sort of mid week, whereas if I weigh on a Friday there is kind of the feeling if 'I've weighed in now, it's Friday, it's the weekend, let's eat!' so maybe Thursday will remove that bad habit!0 -

B - slice Danish with rf spread and scrape marmalade - really a scrape, don't like mounds of any topping (unless it's cheese of course
)
L - panini, one side spread with rf mayo, the other rf spread and rf garlic philly, filled with sliced cucumber, tomato, mushroom. Scoop rf ice cream with blueberries.
D - chicken casserole with tomato, puree, celery, broad beans, green peppers, pulses...anything found lurking in the freezer & larder. Couscous.
S - pear, plum, melon, satsuma
E -. Does stress count? Just taken the dog to the vet, another horrific bill but he's worth it
Enjoy the rest of the day.0 -
Hi everyone,
Just checking in with my food for today:
B - micro oats (syrup flavour), ss milk
L - 4 cocktail sausages, 1 cupcake, cucumber/carrot sticks (church function, ie. grab what you can!)
D - macaroni cheese (hm), green beans
I'm planning on having a very small portion of macaroni cheese. It's a N!gella recipe and you know what they are like for calorific value. However, having catered for 150 at church at lunchtime, an 'express' recipe is definitely called for!
Have a good evening everyone.
