  • evening all :)

had the GRUMPIEST customer ever at work this evening!!! Honestly she was so rude and the ruder she was the more polite I was!!!! Some people make my teeth itch tho!!

Rant over - heres my mealplan!

b- two slices w/m toast, half a large tin of baked beans.
l - two small slices white bread, 2 triangles diarylea, pack of monster munch, twirl bar
d- lasagna ready meal, 3 small slices garlic bread, reeses peanut bar.
    s - water :)

hoping for a sts or a loss if possible this week, I am certainly moving around in this job of mine at the moment! :D

Hi Dragon, please can I weigh in today instead of tomorrow? We are going to the theatre tonight and staying overnight in London so I will be going to work straight from the hotel so no chance to weigh.

So for me this week it's a STS :(:(:( I know that's better than a loss and I have fallen off the wagon a bit this week...but still. Could have done with a loss :(

    B - banana porridge, tea
S - some hm flapjack made especially for me by my boss, could not refuse
L - beans on one slice WM toast, plain (soya) yogurt
D - OH demanded KFC! So I had a plain grilled chicken wrap, no sauce in it, and I added salad to it at home. It literally had about 50g chicken in it so it couldn't have been too bad. But then...
S - glass of white wine, soya chocolate dessert

Total cals - 1591, but it may be more as I estimated the cals in the flapjack and the KFC :(

No wonder I'm not losing weight!

I had a good day yesterday with no snacking in between. Did make myself a Galaxy hot chocolate later on though and know I shouldn't have really. Worked some extra walking into my day. I usually get two buses to work. One that takes me about 15mins although it shouldn't but the traffic is so bad on that stretch of road every day. So yesterday I walked it up to my second bus stop and it still took me 15 mins which was good.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

    fingers crossed for computer resurection.

B - 100g ham, filling from an egg mayonaise sandwich,
    L - nothing - didn't have time.
S - tsp of sugar free pb, a crumb of a cake that my DD (4) made at school - she had the rest.
D - vegetable soup probably, cabbage, celeriac and whatever else is lurking about.
    :AA/give up smoking (done) :)
  • Brrrrrrrrr…….it’s freezing up here, I managed to avoid doing any exercise again today, thought it was time to haul out the door/winter curtains in prep for the weather changing (snow is forecast) – but as I decorated earlier in the year I wanted to change the colour of my curtains, so spent most of the day getting organised to dye the ones I have.

Food-wise it’s been fine…….so far, but I may have a couple of digestive biscuits before bed-time
    B – Porridge & stewed apples
    L – Prawn Sandwich, salad
D – Pasta Puttanesca (Tarts Spaghetti) and a slice of sourdough bread

Good luck for the WI tomorrow!!
