For a change, rather than babysitting at DS's I have DGD staying with me for the night. I can hear a little voice singing as I type.

B: Small portion of muesli with extra seeds.
L: 3 oatcakes with peanut butter, cherry tomatoes and a piece of cheese.
D: Pork shoulder steak with roast parsnips, peas, carrots and mushrooms. Raspberries with Greek yoghurt
Snack: Half a bar of dark chocolate. (20g)

Exercise: A couple of short walks so about 2 miles maximum.

Am taking tomorrow off from WI, I ate far too much on holiday (tapas is a wonderful idea) but have come back with a chest infection so have been sleeping on and off for the past two days. Not wanting to eat now so perhaps by next Fri I'll have lost any sins I put on in Barcelona.
    Good luck for WI all.

My first WI and very pleased. Have lost 3lbs in first week. Was a bit bad yesterday and had a pasty but this was because I felt I needed something fatty to help me go IYKWIM. I'm usually a regular goer and go every day but hadn't gone properly since Tuesday.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

  • Morning All,

Happy to report a 1lb loss :j the sneaky weigh in mid-week was enough to spur me on and keep me focussed.

I haven't yet decided what meals are going to be today I need to go check out the veg situation to see what needs to be used up first - but starting the day with a couple of boiled eggs and oatcakes.

Hope you all have a good weigh in and get well soon Sparrer

I am a happy bunny, 1.5lb loss this week! I just need to stay away from biscuits and I am fine!
I promise that I will do my best.....
  • A lovely 2.5lb loss this week. Have been stuffing my face full of vegetables and fruit and flour is now banned from my house to prevent me making cakes and biscuits.
Still didn't do any exercise. Ridiculously tired all week, think I may have to go see if I have anemia or something, people saying I look rough (thanks I say!).
